Horrible customer service. My partner was stuck doing a delivery service in Cincinnati. When he called and explained what he needed assistance with, the guy on the phone said “I don’t understand, I am american”. Extremely offensive because my partner is a U.S Citizen, although he has an accent, his english is proficient. When continuing to talk on the phone, he then started to ask for information that HAD nothing to do with helping my partner open the car back up. He asked for citizenship, Insurance, vehicle ownership. Completely out of line and disgusting service.
Very unprofessional, had my car towed to the shop after I was in an accident, went there on more than one occasion to get things out of my car, never was asked to pay or told about a tow fee, if I was I would of paid it, I call again because the collision place doesn't have my car and keeps saying they never received it, I will be contacting the police because they are holding my car and didn't communicate, was told by insurance and another companthat i won't name that i didn't need to pay a fee and he is nothing but a crook. Now update June 1st I have something certified mail coming from them certified mail
Got into an accident that I was not at fault. My car was towed there. Upon trying to get my personal effects out of the vehicle. I discovered my vehicle was ransacked and things were cut out and stolen out of the vehicle and even found some of my personal items in their office with a shipping label. As they were trying to sell my things.
I go to get my stuff out of my car after I got into a wreck. All my tools and jack were missing out my car. When I go and ask dude he said he had no idea where they went so he calls the office then they said they took them out to keep them “safe”. I was at the office the day before that and they didn’t say anything about my tools being there. They were hoping I wasn’t going to say anything so they can keep my tools. Then when I call them out on it they just laugh in my face. Very unprofessional and very shady place. And this happen today 5 days before Christmas.
They had my daughters car at one of their lots . Somehow, the catalytic converter was cut off, and stuff was missing from the car. The gates were 8 feet tall, leaving me to believe it was done from someone who works there. One of the drivers was getting stuff off from another car for their their body shop . It seemed funny that they wouldn't accept any responsibility.
My car was towed wen retrieve my items from my my car they charge me $25 dollars money and credit card designer glasses was taking out the car also I had tire pump that was located in the guy camper. This people need to be stopped they stealing and making up prices
Man threatened to not release my car to me until Monday because I “had an attitude”. I’m an adult and you just towed my car. I had to chase you all the way to the establishment. I’m supposed to be the smiling one? How about you try being professional and do your job instead of worrying about me? I don’t work here. You do. Rude, and unprofessional. Maybe get another job if you hate this one so much.
My Jeep Wrangler was towed to this shop after being rear-ended. We went back 6 hours later to get our personal belongings and $8 in cash and $4 in change and a Gerber multi tool that was a gift to my husband from a Veteran Friend after coming back from the Service was missing.
Paid to park in a lot and my car was towed along with 15 other cars. There are no towing signs posted. Had to pay $156 to get my car back. Then was threatened by the lady working with a gun with 4 witnesses inside the office. I did record the altercation. I will be contacting the local news and the police department.
My car was totaled and the lady that helped me it was so nice and helpful.. I was able to get all my personal items out of the car and shut their big gate behind me!! My car was beyond body work or mechanic work!!

I was in an accident on Winton Road and my car was towed to Mike Kaeser. I needed a lot of body work on the backside of the car to get it back into driving shape. It was easiest to get the work done there since they already had my car, but I was nervous to have them do such a big expensive job since I had no history with them and they have a fair number of bad online reviews.
It took them a few weeks to do the work, but that seemed like a reasonable amount of time since there was a lot of damage to the car and a lot of parts are hard to get right now.
The work turned out well, my car looks good and drives well. I have found no problems so far. Also, the people I interacted with were all very friendly and answered my questions.
I am not 100% sure if the price they charged me for the work was fair - it is hard to tell since I didn't tow the car around to other shops for additional estimates. But, as I mentioned there was extensive damage from the accident, so the price seemed to be in the right ballpark to me. And, they ended up undercharging me relative to their original estimate.
Guy had a bad attitude asked him if they took discovery he said I don't know asked him if they took debit card he said I don't know I said what the fu he had a attitude and hung up on me. Then I had to wait 2 hours before he showed up.
they over charged for everything and threatened to impound my car when I refused to pay their inflated prices..dont bring your car there ..you will never get it back

I am in the market for a used car. Drove by on Glenway and noticed they had something interesting with a for sale sign by the road. I stopped to take a look and almost instantly some crazy old man came out of their office screaming at me asking what I was doing. I was not touching anything. Just walking in a circle around the car that had a for sale sign to take a look. When I explained I noticed the for sale sign and asked about asking price (no number on the sign), he just stood there staring at me shaking his head.
I honestly can't understand that if you get your car towed to one of there three lots why is your catalytic converter missing because you had a flat tire. This place needs to be shut down and fined.
