KOI is a great company from whom to buy auto parts. In todays world of parts availability the Old 74 location will have or get toot sweet if they don't. Dan runs a great store. My shop Cottman Transmission has been doning business with this KOI location for 20 + years. One suggestion is to have staff give their name when answering the phone. :)<br>Thanks for all your help.
By far the laziest ran business I've seen. Zero stars if possible. Go there to get a rattle can made, and acted as if it was inconvenience and was zero help. What a poorly ran business. Never again. Pathetic
KOI didn’t have the part my old Ford F11 needed for my water pump But that didn’t stop the guy from removing my old waterpump plug out of the old one. After a few tries of trying to find the right one he said he wasn’t giving up yet and started rounding up some tools.<br>He got the old one out and even cleaned it up for me so I can put it in the new one !<br>KOI if you’re reading this one please give these people a raise!
Went into the paint shop to get paint mixed for a car that I am working on and these guys took their time and did it right Andy and Alex the best in the business!

Can someone please get your drivers to learn to drive around Eastgate? They either ride your tail or go 20 under the speed limit. They pull out in front of me all of the time. I also saw one run a red light today and make an illegal turn.
Web site says open until 1:00. Arrived at 12:35 to find they actually close at 12:00. The auto parts side is open but refused to walk to the other side to get me 1 roll of tape.
Places like a morgue security cameras everywhere. Place is definitely gone downhill since Federated Auto took over. Steer clear of this place what was the best place to get your Auto Parts not anymore people.
They spent 10 minutes helping me find the correct size bolt for one that I had that was broken. They also answered my questions about have to remove the broken half from an aluminum casting.
Totally inept staff. Had to go back 3 times to finally get everything right. I think they mainly sell to garages and don't care about individual buyers. Definitely go somewhere else if you want to deal with someone who knows his stuff wants to help.
