Bought my car from Wyler & only had it serviced there for the first two years Ive had it as they offered free oil changes. After that was up, I brought my car here for the next oil change. They discovered my under engine shield was missing most of the hardware and was just kind of wedged up there. I hadn't hit or run over anything to sustain this damage, suspected mishandling from previous shop. Ive had protech handle the replacement shield, and returned a month later for more work that my car needed. Their pricing aligns with market value and theyre sweet people. I appreciate that they show pictures with the inspection so you know theyre not BSing you with problems that are found.
Purchased my own tires and made a appointment to get them installed. Called 2 days before to confirm appointment since we were leaving on a trip shortly after. Said yes you’re on the schedule. The day before near closing time protech called me asking what tires I wanted to purchase? Confused I told them I bought own quality name brand tires which I confirmed to them 2 times. They said they won’t install customer supplied parts not even a headlight bulb. My guess is they just want a large markup on tires. I’ll say again I confirmed the details 2 times on 2 separate phone calls. They wasted my time leaving me no time to get my tires installed at another shop that communicates better. Protech might be a good shop but they wasted my time and gave me the run around. Will not return.
I had an amazing experience at protech Autocare! I really enjoyed how quickly and efficiently they fixed my wrangler! They are very friendly, and will even transport you back home and pick you up! Also they keep you informed on what's wrong with your vehicle, and how long it will take to fix!
Inventive solution to find starting problem as a simple FREE FUSE missed by one other repair shop and one estimated repair of $3,600 computer replacement. ONLY CHARGED minimum diagnostic. Waited late for us to pick up car — even though he said he would not. He protected our car until we arrived. GREAT BUSINESS AT ProTech.
Never in my life have dealt with a shop that are as transparent, professional, and honest as protech. Adam was awesome to work with, called me to keep me updated, was professional and was a joy to work with. Price was extremely reasonable for the work that was done. Our cars won’t go anywhere else and will recommend them to anybody that will listen.. 10 out of 5 stars! Thank you!
What Wonderful service. My daughter’s car broke down. I contacted ProTech hoping to get her car in for service expecting delays as I had been told were ongoing from other automotive repair companies. I was so pleasantly surprised when they said that they could get the car in that day to determine the problem. By the end of that first day, we knew what was wrong and they had a plan for repair the next day. It was repaired and she was on the road again. Everyone was so nice so helpful. Lauren walked us through the process. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are and what an amazing job they did.
I brought my car here for second opinion about brakes. I loved how the inspection included photos of the results. Turns out my brakes are fine. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs. I love the honesty displayed here.
I cannot speak to the longevity of the repair as it was completed one day ago. But it seems the AC compressor issue has been fully resolved. We shall see how long it lasts but thankfully the full replacement came with a 3 year / 36k mile warranty. So there is piece of mind from Protech. They are quick to answer, honest about their pricing and findings of vehicle issues, and speak with transparency no matter what. The cost could not have been much lower anywhere else for the same work so you might as well pick Protech to ensure it will be done right with quality components.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to research a good solution for a custom exhaust issue, and fixed it up right. I will be bringing my business here in the future.
By happenstance, I had the great fortune of my insurance company placing my vehicle with ProTech for repairs. Not only did they handle the nuisance of going back and forth with the warranty company, they kept me informed on everything! Top notch, completely trust worthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and just all around awesome people!!

Took my vehicle for repair on rear differential. Claim was being processed through extended warranty company. Protech had my vehicle from July 1st until August 4th when they ultimately refused to finish the repair. They put the original differential back on my car and it was towed to another repair facility. I filed complaint with BBB when Protech refused to refund me the $100 deductible I had paid to them already as they did not repair my vehicle. They made false statements to the BBB about my vehicle and the circumstances. Their last statement to the BBB in writing said that I had difficulty understanding the level of mechanical expertise involved in this matter. As a female consumer this was a belittling statement. Do not do business with these people.
These guys were great! They took my service vehicle and worked with our fleet management provider to get my vehicle safe and back on the road. I felt like the turn around time was quick especially for how busy they are.
I was having issues with my car being sluggish and overheating. Protech was able to get my car in the very next day & run diagnostics to find the issues. Adam was awesome and kept me completely informed and explained everything that needed to be done. My car was fixed quickly and is running better than ever! I'll definitely go back to Protech for anything else my car needs and highly recommend them!
After submitting my request for repair to the Under Body Shield on my Honda Civic, I realized I had better call the next morning to verify a payment option.
I spoke to, I believe Lauran, who so kindly explained & gave me the link to Synchrony Car Care, to apply for their credit card. I was denied, which didn't exactly surprise me, I have been going through a very long, stressful time, for many reasons, financially.
I called back, asking if I could use my friend's Visa Card for payment. I was told they couldn't just accept me walking in with a credit card that didn't belong to me. I understood why that would not be acceptable. I asked, if we both came in, the day prior to the service, my friend showed her ID & card, would that be alright. She said that would work & for the first time in quite a while I had peace of mind about something.
I was able to drive my car to ProTech the next morning, where I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment. I was immediately greeted by a small group of friendly faces, information verified & escorted to the waiting area. Within less than a half an hour, Lauran came in, explained what they were able to do to get me on the road, but the shield needed to be replaced to properly keep it up. She handed me an estimate of the cost, asked if I wanted her to order the parts, which I replied 'not at this time'. She warned me about having my oil changed & that the zip ties would have to be removed then replaced. I said I'll be bringing my car to you because you already know the story.
My experience with ProTech & the Entire Crew was, to say the least, a refreshing, most satisfying adventure & I am Ever Grateful for their Kindness, Determination to get me mobile again & their Professional, Quality Work!! I'd give you Six Stars, maybe you should think about adding that option...

I took my vehicle to Protech for an electrical issue with the car. I dropped it off and to my surprise they offered me a free shuttle ride home to wait for the diagnosis of the issue to be resolved. To my great pleasure and relief the issue was resolved quickly and received a call saying that my vehicle was repaired and they once again offered me a shuttle back to their shop. These good people I found to be trustworthy and honest and above all professionals. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them for any and all vehicle repairs.

I had an oil change scheduled with Protech and included with the service was a thorough multipoint inspection along with pictures. The inspection identified some concerns I needed to address and Protech was quick to notify me with the inspection results.
They are very transparent with the customer and the pictures go a long way in supporting what they've found. I like the fact they informed me first and gave me the opportunity to decide what repairs to make.
The oil change went smoothly and did not take long at all. The payment process was easy and quick. I would highly recommend Protech to service your vehicle.
Just went here. They worked with my unique circumstances and got me out quickly! My initial quote was lowered because they said my alignment was good, which is rare, alot of shops would say they aligned it for the extra money. I'll be back!
After getting four new tires, an oil change, rear brakes + rotors done, and my check engine light resolved, Protech Autocare took care of me. They used a online portal for service estimates, and diagnostics of my vehicle making communication clear on what needed to be done. They don't pressure you into making decisions but rather give you options and advise what's best for the longevity of your vehicle. My check engine light was simple fix which they could have taken advantage of me but they did not and instead they explained it was a simple reset of the computer's timing and swiftly fixed the problem. Pro Autocare's staff was friendly and personable when I came in to drop off and pick up my car making it a desirable experience.
Looking for an auto mechanic service which can provide quality work. This was my first experience with ProTech and I’m impressed. They appear professional and capable. The estimate of recommended work I received in both paper and text (with pictures) was detailed and customer friendly. I feel that I’ve found what I was looking for and plan to schedule an appointment to complete all recommended services.
Was able to get me in within an hour of the part arriving! Once I got there they were able to replace my emergency brake switch in about 30 minutes! Absolutely amazing to work with! I think I may have found a new garage for future repairs!

Protech did a great job working on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. I had been having AC issues and tried working on it myself but couldn't figure out what was wrong. They were able to get it figured out and fixed quickly and at a good price! The Jeep is also our non-profit's and they helped with the tax exemption and also being military had an extra discount for my service. Will definitely be using them for any other needs. The staff was also great with communicating to me throughout the process.
