Roger is always honest. If you want it done Right this is the place to go, however the shop is always busy and backed up.

Terrible auto shop, they never call you to update you, the owner is super incompetent, terribly rude. They will refuse to work on you’re car for weeks on end. Had to threaten with attorneys to get them to work on my car.

Very helpful and reliable. Updating the review. I agree with some reviews about the lack of communication. He still doesn't use a cellphone and rarely gives a call back. There is an uncertainty over the estimates and time. However if you manage to get around with that, he is the most affordable mechanic in town. There are other shops who are all smiles and hands you 500 bills where Roger does it for 50. So that's that. Better Customer Service vs affordable rates. You decide.

Mr. Roger is the BEST of the BEST in town for auto repairs or anything auto related. Our family has been going to him for at least 25 years. He is honest, knowledgeable about cars and straight forward as can be. He do things his own term and you just have to trust him! The prices he charge for car services is unbeatable! Service is terrible no communication I think he lost my husband keys to his car. It's been there almost a year because it's time to get another sticker and he keep giving us the run around about why the car isn't fixed. Popped up a couple day's ago and he asked if we have an extra key to the vehicle this place is going down hill.

These guys are THE best. I called in the late afternoon on a Friday and was told the problem could be diagnosed and hopefully fixed within 24 hrs. They were able to take care of the problem within an hour or so and the price was right. I will definitely go back.

Parks cars they've taken in to service around blocks or streets over from the business. Way out of sight and off property and easily accessible to the public being on the street. They have a 2nd car and driver tail them so they can jump out and leave quickly.

Roger at Deer Park Auto is the absolute best! I have been going to him for years, and I would never dream of going anywhere else for my automotive needs. Best service and most reasonably priced mechanic in the area. Roger alone has saved me thousands by being a truthful, honest person and not gouging where others would. They have countless satisfied customers. For example: My friend's father, who is over 65, started going to Roger when he was a kid to have him work on his bike. Worst Mechanic in the world took over a year to fix our Jeep did not call us once in the process so we ended up asking him for a loner car he gave us one but the plate on it was not in is name the girl had a felony warrant out for her arrest i about went to jail bc of that and now he want to to make us pay the most when I only took it to him for a control arm he went ahead and did the whole suspension for the car. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY THIS IS THE GUY YOU HAVE TO WATCH OVER HIS SHOULDER AND I DONT THINK HE WORKS ON ANYTHING HE MAKES THE MEXICAN WORK ON ALL THE CARS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Roger is great! He has always helped over the years with many different issues on multiple cars. Honest and up front. They have stopped working on other cars to get something handled while I waited. I would recommend calling him for help. Years ago my car was damaged by lightning and was completely dead, they fixed it for much less than I thought it would be.

This auto shop has a bad habit of parking its cars all over Dillonvale in front of peoples private homes and apartments for weeks on end. They think that the public streets are an extension of their business. If you want to park in front of peoples houses for your business use pay the homeowners a fee, otherwise move your cars!

Dear park is honest and gives me a great price every time I take my car there.

We asked for diagnostic code reading. Told it was ECMbut it could be a couple other things. Michael told them we didn't have much money and not to do anything and the line went dead. They didn't give any estimate. When he called the next morning he was told they had checked the fuel pump and checking something else! We had to pay 2 hours of labor to get the car back even though we didn't approve any work or examination after diagnostic code AND we never received an estimate. They have done this one other time and I thought it was confusion, but now I believe it's their scam to make people have work done! Will never go there again!

I have had a few services done at Roger's Deer Park Auto shop. He has sold me tires, changed my oil. It's funny to read the comments that he is short on words, but I like that. Talk about the car, he is a busy guy. Fair priced, and the timing just depends.. There are always cars there getting worked on, so people do use him.. I hear he's been there since the 60's so that tells me, he isn't successful because he's ripping people off. I was able to leave my car there since I work from home, and it runs and he was able to get used parts, instead of gouging me for new parts. Give him a shot, listen to him, he is fair priced and good to work with.. Be patient and let him do it his way, you'll be better off. Thanks for reading my book lol

Roger is incredibly honest! I thought something was broken and ready to pay to get it fixed. He explained to me why I was having the issue and that it wasn't actuaally broken. He didn't charge us at all! He could have easily taken advantage of me and I never would have known. I was super impressed. Thank you!

I called Tuesday for service. He asked when can I bring it in. I said it depends on availability. Roger says bring it in first thing tomorrow ( Wednesday ) I bring it in at 9 am. He takes my information and what wrong. You contact all day. When I bring a car in for service I expect it to be taken care of on that day. Then I don't even get a phone call. Thursday I called no help. About 2:30 I decided to walk there and find out. I found car parked in back. I checked it out and found the problem solved. Went inside to talk to Roger and he wanted me to check it out. I said I did and it works. I asked about Wednesday service and he said he had to wait for a part. Well in the end everything was taken care of. Problem is no communication as to service.

I have known Roger for 10 plus years now, he took good care of three of my cars so far. he is very trusted and reliable. When I go to him I am confident that he will do what exactly is needed for the car not less not more. Not a Penny Up sale or cross sale.

Pathetic experience! The owner is nice but the servicing guy is ill-tempered. He abused me with cuss words for no reason and shut my car door with force.

Roger is best. Reasonable price. When you don’t have any hope from famous Autocare. Deer park is your only hope.

A good place to get all your problems fixed. But ensure to get an estimate at the beginning, otherwise you ll be taken for a ride.

We have dealt with many auto repair people and Roger has been straight forward and honest in an industry full of deception and fraud! And they back their work. Reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

Roger (owner) is very nice old man, a man of few words but with good sense of humour . You can get your cars fixed here for reasonable price & good quality. You won't be robbed, 100% honest in the transaction. I got a towing service plus he got my rusted brake line replaced. He did not give me an estimate before the work, I just trusted him based on his reputation of being very reasonable guy, and he proved it when he invoiced me for the service. I am satisfied, but just little bit frustrated since it took 2 full days to get the car fixed.

The owner is very good at mechanics.He knows vehicles like I know how to sweep a floor.(excellent). He has allways been fair with prices and I have never had a complaint with the work .A1 service

Roger is a prof., in so many ways, tender-hearted to us poor folk. But he won't be cheated, he means to keep his employees paid. Me, a handyman understand what it is like, to be professional and to be considering toward. 5 star mechanics shop.
