Guys this truck repair shop is awesome they did maintenance and repair to my trucks, prices of repair is affordable and quality is good guaranteed and main thing is trucks will be repaired quickly and without any line of waiting.

I’ve been on the road for years, bouncing from shop to shop, and I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like this one. I rolled in with my rig barely making it check engine light on, losing power, and DEF system throwing codes all over the place. I was stressed, tired, and honestly expecting the usual: a shop that would hook up a scanner, shrug their shoulders, and then give me an invoice bigger than my truck payment.
Instead, the moment I pulled in, the crew at Brothers treated me like an actual human being, not just another ticket number. One of the guys came out immediately, asked what the truck was doing, and listened I mean really listened. They didn’t just do the “we’ll take a look” routine. They asked questions, walked around the truck, and actually explained what they were checking instead of hiding everything behind a counter.
They pulled the truck into the bay within minutes, not hours like most shops.
They diagnosed the issue fast turned out it wasn’t the DEF pump like I thought (which would’ve been an expensive hit), but a cracked line and a bad sensor. They showed me the exact parts, explained what was failing, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. I’ve dealt with plenty of shops that take advantage of drivers who don’t specialize in emissions — these guys were honest from the start.
They ordered the part same day, kept me updated by phone (which almost never happens), and didn’t leave me wondering what was going on. No surprise fees, no mystery charges. When it was finished, they even walked me through the invoice line by line so I understood what I was paying for.

Truckers be carefull ti take your truck at this place they dont know how how to do diagnotic on truck they just guess to find the issue on truck.
My truck has been there four days when i first come the next day the front desk told me some come put a computer on truck a freightluner guy who works from home he will sent then the report of code.
The third day they said was batteries issue they sold me 4 batteries next thing they said was relay issue all end up to be a lie.
On my first day at this place i met a nice guy he told me the issue of my truck was cpc i told the mecanic he doesnt believe.
Finally after all the lies they end up to tell me to find cpc unit .
I wentti the dealer bought one 5 mn ti intall it.
I have been over charge
Dont recommand this truck repair.
Talk tio they about pricing first and explain the issue of ur truck first tell then what u want to fix.

Absolutely the worst truck repair experience I’ve ever had — avoid this shop at all costs!
I took two of my trucks to this shop and ended up with disaster after disaster. I regret ever trusting them — and regret wasting over $7,500 with them. Here’s why:
1. Injector Seal Failure & Dangerous Leak
One day after getting one truck back, I discovered a huge diesel puddle under it. The injector tube — where they supposedly replaced the seals — was leaking badly. This wasn’t just poor work — it was dangerous and completely unacceptable. I am uploading video proof of this mess.
2. Destroyed Computer System
They ran a diagnostic and cleared the engine light on one truck. But nothing was truly fixed. A few days later, another repair shop told me they had deleted vital system data and completely messed up the onboard system. Their recklessness cost me $2,000 in repairs just 20 days later — and today I had to pay another $2,500 at a different shop for the second truck.
3. Terrible Management and Customer Treatment
The owner and manager are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and even mock customers behind their backs. They accept more trucks than they can handle, ignore deadlines, and abandon older jobs in favor of new walk-ins. It’s chaotic and unprofessional from top to bottom.
4. Shock Replacements Not Done as Promised
I clearly asked them to replace all front and rear shocks on both trucks. Instead, they only replaced:
• 4 rear shocks on one truck
• 4 rear and just one front shock on the other
Worse, they replaced cabin shocks without asking me, adding more cost and doing work I never approved.
5. Belt Replacement Made Things Worse
They replaced the engine belts to fix a whistling noise. Visually, the belts look new — but the noise became even worse the very next day. Either they installed them wrong or used cheap parts — either way, I paid for nothing.
6. Oil Change Deception
I asked for 25k-mile oil, and they used 20k-mile oil without informing me. Seems like a trick to get customers back sooner. Sneaky and dishonest.

Final word: this shop is only capable of basic oil changes and maybe simple shock swaps. Anything more advanced — they’ll screw it up. And you’ll pay for it.
The worst shop, worst service, and worst customer treatment I’ve ever experienced. Do not trust them. Do not go there. Not even for small jobs.

They clearly know what they’re doing and took great care of my truck. From start to finish, they were super friendly and professional. They explained everything, answered all my questions, and even gave me some great tips on keeping up with maintenance.
The price was more than fair—no surprises or hidden fees. Everything was straightforward.
It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned it. This is my go-to place from now on!
Zero star! I don’t see even like this repair shop. Payment and service unreliable! Cashier can ask you payment method by Zelle or card. Okay by card and u have to pay transaction fee 2,5 % and if you wanna invoice than have to pay additional tax fee!!! Parts are also expensive.
Second time in ten months. I run out of Columbus, OH. Give these guys a chance. I am sure you will be a return customer. They do many services from tire, oil change, alignment, and truck & trailer repairs in general. Today, I am doing regular oil service. Will definitely be back if I am in the area.
