30 minutes after my scheduled tow time, I called to ask where my car was, and I was given a non-committal answer and was asked to reschedule for the next day.
Very unprofessional. I was told the tow truck would arrive at 1:30pm to pick up my car. Well, I arrived at the time that was given to me. I called at 1:45 to check the eta, back at 2:30 and talked with with rude lady who just wanted to go back and forth with me I guess she thought she was correct in this situation. But anyway, the driver NEVER showed to tow my car. I called back at 3:07 and 3:13 no one answered my calls nor called me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Horrible service! I waited an hour for my car to get to the destination. Driver went to the wrong address after I sent him and told him the correct destination before leaving him. Over an hour late for my service appointment on my car never again!
I am so grateful ? for Epic Towing. I had to send a vehicle back to its lender that was my mother's after she passed away. I didn't get his name but he was awesome to do buisness with. You could really tell he lived what he was doing, and was very knowledgeable about the process for me. I would definitely use them in the future for any Towing needs.
Their name says it all. Most tow companies you call, say they'll be there in 30, so you assume an hour. Not this place, right on time! Joe had my car on the truck in no time and we were off. He even dropped my car in a convenient spot in front of my house so I could limp it into the driveway. Couldn't have asked for a better tow and driver. Highly recommend!!
Called them after one place told us it was a 2 hour wait. They were there within 30 minutes had my truck loaded and ready to go! Very friendly and helpful, would definitely use again and recommend.
Guys were very professional and cool as hell and knew exactly what they were doing and got us loaded up and towed really fast and unloaded just as fast. Will definitely recommend you to anyone needing a tow. Thanks again JEFF HENNESSY!!
