Delhi responded to my emergency so efficiently. Austin was able to load up and deliver my vehicle and me to the station and out of the frigid cold so quickly! I have to admit that getting me up into that very tall tow truck involved a “tush push” maneuver but he “handled” it with kindness and amusement! He delivered me to the service station and then to the car rental, making the whole ordeal so much easier. What was a very trying incident was made so much more comfortable because of Austin. I had Rick Bill's tow my motorcycle across town. Let me just say this experience was tremendous. He helped load my bike because it had a flat tire and it was a heavy son of a gum. He knew how to strap it down and even got my tire to the shop. Overall I'm happy with the service and will be calling again.
Terrible service, rude on the phone. Constantly put on hold. Estimate 1-2 hours, no update. Call back after 2 hours , put on hold and then tell you 1-2 hours
Thank goodness for Winter! He literally saved me on my way to work when my car got stuck in the snow! He was able to get my car to work for me and saved the day!! Thank you!!!!!
Best Tow ever!! After being stranded byb3bother tow company. I called and within 15 mins the driver was to my car and they were priced much lower than any of the other company. And the driver, he was so professional and friendly.
This company drives absolutely wreckless. They will speed up to intentionally cut you off. Always speeding past everyone shaking your vehicle that is sitting still. I had them cut me off today and it isn't the first time it has happened. They will randomly stop by their business without warning and start backing into their lots. Always doing roll and stops. Someone is going to get seriously hurt because of them.
Amazing that this place has good ratings. Don’t tell a customer an eta of 30-45 and then take 2 plus hours. It’s a downright lie and this place is obviously okay with lying to customers about eta in order to obtain the business.
Called at least 20 other places today and no one wanted to help us right away but Delhi Towing. Great group of people. Good to see that compassion isn't completely lost with some businesses. Thanks for helping my stranded grandfather on this hot summer day.
Lovely service! They showed up on time and were able to get me where I needed to be. The driver even recommended local garages to take my car to in the future. Recommend this company!
My 2018 Kia Sorento was involved in an accident where an uninsured motorist hit it while parked. Delhi towing showed up and approached me with professionalism. The driver, Greg was AMAZING and so kind! I had a few things in my trunk and he helped me carry them into my house. I'd totally recommend Delhi towing and Greg to anyone and everyone.
Kevin did an awesome job moving my car from my old house to my new house. There were a few obstacles along the way that he handled professionally and quickly. I would recommend Delhi and Kevin to anyone needed a car towed. Will definitely use them again.
