My service advisor, Morgan was amazing as always. She always explains everything clearly and has a lot of enthusiasm. I have been having my vehicles serviced at the Evendale location for several years. I have zero complaints and today was no different. I rolled out with new tires on my Ford Escape at a good price.
I was very satsified with my experience at Tires Plus yesterday . From the time I talked with Morgan on the phone til the time I came back and got my Car. She was very attentive , nice and understanding ! They were able to find the problem , explain. To me and get it fixed in a very reasonable time . Thank you Morgan for your transparency and time !! Will keep coming back because of you !!
This location has really gone downhill. It's pointless to make an appointment with them. You'll be told to come back when they have more employees while 2 of their employees stand in the lobby chit chatting with walk ins that I assume are friends from the discussion. Horrible customer service and I was also told that a new guy they hired was very slow so they have no idea how long it would take. When 45 minutes past my appointment time came and I still saw my car in the parking lot I asked for my keys back and left. Maybe they should let people who have appointments know they are short staffed before they waste their time. I won't be back again.
Corey is a godsend. I came in with the tire with the nail in it. I wanted to see if I needed to get my tire plugged or replaced initially and then I asked him if there was any way he could see if he could actually just pull the nail out And he did it with no hesitation and he came back in with a smile on his face and told me my tire did not leak. I did not have to spend a dime and he helped me with no issues. Morgan’s customer service is wonderful as well. I won’t go to no other place Thank you guys. Update- They are always very very generous, they help with things that they don’t have to. I absolutely appreciate them

The Evendale store @ 10333 Reading Road on Monday, December 8th of 2025 which was very cold outside. I entered the front door and was greeted by a young lady named Danielle . She cheerfully smile & kindly asked “Sir, what can I help you with today”? I explained my tire sensor indicated low pressure in “one” tire. She didn’t show any hesitation or frowned walking outside in the cold weather. Danielle checked all tires with proper equipment and located 2 tires needing air & checked the tread ware too. She truly is a wonderful person, a great employee & knowledgeable about her past job responsibilities & current at this store. I wasn’t asked to forward this compliment about this location, store personnel or Danielle. I’m not related by family, friend or someone asking me to write a review. Thank you Danielle 🙏

If you call and they can't answer, they will call you back rather than miss your call.
I wasn't looking for any discounts, but they knocked off some labor costs, which surprised me, because they are busy.
I made an appointment to come in for a belt replacement, a 2 step fuel system cleaning, and back brakes adjustment. I was very pleased with the timing and the expertise. I definitely will keep them in mind for future work.

Anytime I get a flat tire, this is the first place I go! They always get me in the same day and fix it right away. I really appreciate how fast and reliable they are—it helps so much when I need to get to work and get my kids to school. I think a girl named Morgan helped me over the phone, and she was super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this shop!
Just got 4 brand new tires for my 2013 honda civic si. Morgan helped me find the right tires that were in my budget. So shout out to her. The rest of the team did a fantastic job on a Sunday morning so shout out to them for providing excellent customer service! Overall great place for car work, they treat their customers like friends! A friend of mine referred me to Michel Tire Plus and my first time experience was nice better than any other auto shop I been too. Did more than required they reprogrammed my tpms for me. The staff was awesome. Danielle was so sweet I loved her. I'm definitely coming back. They just gained a new customer in me.

Corey and team are the best tire shop and mechanics in the north of Cincinnati. Had a flat on my F-150 coming back from Florida and threw the spare on to get back home. Took it into Tires Plus (Evendale) to be repaired in the morning. It was completed in a few hours time. The "WOW" factor was that they remounted the spare back under the truck which involves cranking down the retaining cable and securing the tire and then cranking it back up under the truck. I was all prepared to do it myself, but was greatly surprised when I found it done already. I had coverage on the tires so the cost was $0.. Get that coverage on expensive truck tires, it's worth it. They also replaced the front struts a few months ago at a very reasonable price. Honest and reliable. Many thanks to Tires Plus !
I was pleased to stop in and find that they could take care of my tire immediately. I was greeted by a friendly face at the counter then they took my vehicle back. The time I waited was short and the price was less than I had expected. I will return as a customer.
My air went low on my tires one night headed to Chicago, so I Googled this place and went the next morning/afternoon.

One of the better experiences we’ve had. We were chasing an odd ball tire size for our vintage Audi project. The team was more than helpful, had the tires the next day, and mounted/ balanced on a Sunday. One of the tires had a slow leak due to a defective bead and again, the team was very quick to address. Keep doing what you’re doing. Good customer service is hard to find!

I made an appointment with Morgan via phone to get an oil change for my wife's 2014 Kia Sorento. Upon arrival on 10/01/25 she was super friendly the moment I walked in, definitely top notch customer service skills. The technician did an excellent job changing oil and courtesy check.
I worked withCorey On a Sunday morning and he was very helpful. On Monday, I came back to the shop to pick up a tire I ordered and Morgan Took care of me. She was ridiculously busy yet maintained a smile on her face and gave perfect customer service. She was pleasant on the phone and pleasant when I came to the shop.
A great experience all things considered
Went in to the evendale location for an appointment to get my oil changed and they found my cat that had been missing for a day. They gently got him out and delivered little man back to me safe and sound. Will be returning if I ever need anything
I suddenly realized one of my tires was low and a nail was stuck in it. I picked the closest place and brought it in to have the tire plugged. I waited there until they were done. They were busy and told me there would be a wait which is totally fine. After about 45 minutes I decided to walk over to the counter and could see my car on the lift through the window. I thought why do they need the lift to plug a tire? I got the girl’s attention and she told me they are finishing up now. After a few minutes she comes back out with this graph of all the things that are wrong with my car that needed work. They said the mechanic recommended my tires needed replaced, my air filter needed replaced, my engine coolant needed flushed and replaced. They also said my car would need new spark plugs soon. What’s funny, or maybe not so funny, is that just two weeks ago I had to replace my water pump at a different auto repair company. The air filter and engine coolant was done then. The other place told me my tires were just fine. I understand Tires Plus may have been going by the maintenance schedule when recommending this work but that’s not what they said. They said the mechanic recommended it.
They also charged me 30 something dollars for the tire plug. When I asked how a tire plug can be that much, he said we don’t do plugs we do patches on the inside of the tire. They didn’t say anything about that before the work was done.
I would not recommend this place.
Amazing team and amazing people!! I blew a tire at the last minute of closing and they had no hesitation to help me anyway. Wonderful people 🥰 not only that, but showed me why my tire popped. Thank you!
This location did not disappoint! I stopped by to replace my tires. I seen online they had what I needed for my van. I just stop in to get my tires swapped out. I didn't have an appointment before dropping in, Sebastian was able to check me in and assist me with amazing service. I did have a little bit of a waiting time due to not having an appointment first. Sebastian and his crew got me together in no time. Overall it was a little over an hour and a half for a drop in visit, Really isn't bad. That was January it's now March and I'm back for other services. Really great customer care. I'm so happy with the job. well done guys. Thanks.
