Horrible experience, go anywhere but here. Screwed my eyeballs out. Sent me home in the car took over a week to get the loan done, put 2100 down on it a week later they added 1000 to the sale price and financed a 3000 dollar warranty in on it. I would not recommend to anyone.

Very convincing easy to buy it but coming from out of state it takes 2+ months to even get the title temporary expired wouldn’t do nothing about it finally got the title, now I was told my car might have been eligible for the 4,000$ tax credit then they said it wasn’t and come to find out a week ago I got a letter from the IRS saying 4,000$ “ I “ elected to transfer it to the dealer I did not nothing was applied during purchase very fraudulent will be reporting and getting it. also they use bots to make good reviews just to make there rating high!!!

Their salesman Q convinced me it was best to put a deposit down to hold a vehicle that way I could come test drive it, when I got there to test drive it he had me sign a paper to do a test drive and then later said he misunderstood me and had to ride with me during the test drive. Within 3 mins of driving the car I knew it didn’t sound right and something wasn’t ok. They then had their “mechanic” look at it and said the nosies I was hearing were from it being cold. None of it made sense. Then said the deposit I put down was non refundable and only transferable to a different car on their lot. Which they didn’t have any other cars that met my criteria and that I was approved for. This lot robbed me out of 500$ and refused to give me the money. Do not recommend AT ALL.

I actually purchased a good vehicle from them, minor issues. It's the lack of communication and unprofessionlism for me. They never spoke about the wheel warranty and placed my $2,000 down-payment towards the wheels and NOT the vehicle. I showed up the very next day after over viewing and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. Furthermore, iAuto falsified my car insurance and changed the deductible on The paperwork. It didn't match my actual insurance policy . After numerous complaints and constant back and fourth in person and on the phone. The only way to get this resolved is a civilly in court. ATP 👎

Run don’t walk from this place. Sold my son a bad car and told him the bank required him to buy extra warranties or the bank wouldn’t lend the money. Wheel warranty and paint warranty. I went back with him and they said they would take it off but it would take a month well they never took them off. Also the engine was sludged and they told him they checked the car out. Long story short was a 17000 car was 27000 when he left and he has spent 5000 getting it right because the warranty that they claimed was good didn’t cover anything because it was pre existing. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give them -5 stars, this is the worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. They are all either extremely incompetent at what they do or feign ignorance to dodge clients. Bought a 2014 Nisan Rogue from them in April, 2 days later I noticed water was getting inside the car when it rained. I drove from Dayton to Cinci to have them fix it, to which they told me it was covered under a recall and any Nissan Dealership should be able to take care of it. Took it to Nissan, they didn't see anything about the recall. I talked to IAuto, they said they'd get me in touch with the manager and call back. They did not, I had to call back at least 2 more times. When I finally got ahold of the manager, he said I could BRING IT IN, AND THEY WOULD LOOK AT IT. Ya know, like I did in the first place? Then when I brought up the recall, the manager said they "must've been looking at a different car when they said that". I don't know how any car salesplace can be so careless. $500 to unclog the sunroof drains at Nissan. Couple months later, I had to replace the rear differential assembly for $4000. Look, I get that used cars are as is, but I Auto claimed to have inspected the car when it came in. I seriously doubt it given the issues it has, or they inspect cars with a blindfold. When I brought up the repair to them, they said it should be covered under warranty. Nissan had already told me it wasn't covered, but IAuto told me to call the warranty. Warranty said no. Last time I called them, their finance lady claimed she was going to try to help me find the part cheaper and call back. Guess what? No call back. Oh yeah, and the tires were pretty bald I noticed after I bought it. But because I didn't say anything there, they don't care. IAuto just wants to lie to you, give you the run around when you try to get help with anything, and refuse to give you direct answers or even correct ones. No wonder they had to change names from Superior Auto, they probably ran that name in the ground too.

Well here we go. Since they dont want to get back with me and resolve the issue i guess we will take it to court. Bought a car from them, lived 5 hours away and was told shipping takes typically two-three days. WEEKS later after so many phone calls being told the same lies, i get told “someone is taking it there will be there at 8am tomorrow morning” call off of work at the last minute because i had to be there. Showed up four hours after i was told. Car seems okay nothing crazy that ive noticed yet. Everytime i called the dealership they said they would call me back. Not once did they. I have a number for Sari (idk how to spell it) that she texted me from. Ive texted multiple times and no response. Filled out the form online to get a text or email and nothing. People only hide when they know they’re wrong. I was told i would get some kind of compensation for all the delay and issues, THEN was told “since we had to cover shipping i dont think they will compensate you anything” umm what? I used there “down payment help” bank, $800 down payment and was told the rest would go towards shipping, whatever is left over will get paid back to me by check. Tell me why there is a $2,300 balance on my bank then? So shipping was OVER $1,500? If so, i didnt sign off on that. I was told shipping is typically around $300-$500. They’re lying and now they’re hiding. I deal with this stuff everyday for work. Ive got a team, i know how it goes. If they want to go down like that ill have them plastered all over the news and get my money back. Maybe answer your phone and we can get it worked out before that. This company stole my time, money from my paycheck for days i had to call off being told it was being delivered, and $1,500 and have the nerve to tell me they paid for shipping.

Bought a 2017 f250 off of them, drove 7-1/2 hours. Truck leaked transmission fluid, needed more body work than what was advertised. If they were more local I would have left the truck behind. They are dishonest

I came to view a car from over an hour away. The 1st time I came, a person with a big red beard told me the car wasn't there. When I pointed out the car was in the back. He brought the car around and started it up. I didn't mind that the car had recently arrived and had not been detailed. He started the car and allowed me to see it. He said the car wasn't quite ready and there would be something like a UOMe for the brakes and detail. I let him know I had come from over an hour away for the car while discussing the car. He took my info and stated he would call next week when the car would be ready. I never received a call back. I returned a few days later and was told the same, that the car wasn't ready. The 3rd time, which was a few days later, the same salesperson saw me and did not speak and I was referred to another salesperson. This person said he was familiar with the car and allowed me to test drive. I test drove the car with my child in the car and ended up on the highway and realized the car had NO brakes and the pedal reached to the ground with a grinding noise. Needless to say, the drive was filled with anxiety and nervousness. The sales person who was on the test drive said the brakes probably needed more service. After the hellacious and terrifying test drive, he came in and told the manager (older gentleman) and mechanic that the car had NO brakes. The manager apologized, offered to compensate my multipe drives to the dealership, and said the car would be repaired that evening and would give me a call back when it was completed. I left a message the next day and still my call was not returned. I called back again a few days later only to be notified by a sales person that the car was gone. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were busy, but I offered to wait on hold for the manager until they were done. After some time the receptionist picks up and tells me that the car had been sold as is the same day I was in last on the test drive. I was told the car would be ready the same day and would be fixed within the hour. This was really bad business, poor customer service, and truly unprofessional. The receptionist then went on to tell me she sees this all the time. Really? There or in other places because I have NEVER dealt with this type of service with ANY other dealership, private or public. I really wish they would have stood by their word. In retrospect, I feel as if I dodged a bullet from the test drive with no brakes, the lack of communication, and horrible customer service.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND, RYAN was my salesman he was so genuine very down to earth and also professional! Every one in there was soooooo nice and welcoming they worked so hard for me to leave with a vehicle I couldn’t thank them enough! Zach was also awesome and the man in financial with the mustache lol I forgot his name but the whole team was fantastic I will recommend me to everyone! Now I have a new car and can work on building my credit!!!!!! Thanks guys UPDATE: Engine blew

They only communicated with me when they wanted my down payment. As soon as they got their money, they wouldn't call me back about delivery because I live almost 5 hours away. And when I DID get ahold of them, one salesman was rude, one had no idea what was going on, and I was given false information multiple times by the manager and my original salesman. It took me over 2 weeks to get my vehicle all because they gave me the wrong information 3 different times. They said it had to do with the delivery company but they wouldnt give me their numbers so I could communicate with them. Terrible experience. Not to mention the vehicle started surging at takeoff the secind time I drove it so now I have to take it to a Nissan dealer.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! They have horrible customer service, and very delayed follow up times. I had to reach back out multiple times regarding my application after being promised a call back every time. We were promised multiple different deals. First we needed a down payment, then a co-signer, then more down. Then the proof of income provided wasn’t sufficient. Then asked for MORE money down on a DIFFERENT vehicle.

RUN!!! I bought a Toyota Avalon in November of 2022. Looked great, drive great. It was weird that the salesman rode with me. It drove well at first. 30 days later, AC went out. Now 7 months later head gasket blown. I have excellent credit do I could’ve gone anywhere. I wanted to stay local. If you have the credit and options, go somewhere else and don’t waste your time.

Shady at best. Staff was nice but they pull all of the stops to cover up issues with vehicles and do not disclose relevant information over the phone to help you not waste your time. Long story short… drove 2.5 hours to look at a truck that was in rough shape, had check engine and ABS lights illuminated as well as a rusted hole through control arm and a dented oil pan that was leaking oil from the rear main seal. I expected more honesty and integrity. Benefit of the doubt would be that they were willing to work out price differentials however my trust has been lost already at this point.

I think all businesses have bad days but this goes to a different level. I was going to buy the vehicle I was looking at. It was what I was looking for. The right price. All they had to do was send me pics of the rear tailgate. Day after day I was told they would be sent right over. I asked for a buyers order on Monday. I finally received it on Thursday after giving my information for the 3rd time. On the buyers order, there is a $400 fee for “superior shield” which is a product for paint protection? Why is that an itemized item on the buyers order and not included in the price? It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to receive the picture I requested. I also asked for the records of work the dealership did to the vehicle when taken in. I was told an oil change and safety inspection. Is it not documented? Being in sales and also a consumer, I have never seen a customer openly want to buy a product or service and be treated like this. Hopefully others will have better luck than I did.

The salesman at this dealership are very rude! They use almost scamming ways to get customers to the dealership then they blame it on 3rd party companies if this were true they wouldn’t continue to use those 3rd party companies. Most vehicles they have has not been serviced and has a horrible CARFAX but yet they want top dollar for their vehicles. I towed several cars back to this dealership and every customer says the same about them they are selling junk make sure to do your research before buying from these guys and ask yourself why do they have to lie to get you to the lot and what else are they lying about as well I promise your better off going else where! They are paying there employees to post fake positive experience reviews for them online as well

The staff here was great. I didn't purchase a vehicle from here on my recent visit but I have purchased a vehicle from here in the past. That's what prompted me to return when looking for another vehicle. Shawn was the guy helping me this time. He was very professional and attentive to my need in a vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle I looked at just wasn't the one for me. I'm a dodge van person and the vehicle I looked at didn't work for me due to lack of space. I would return in the future. My last vehicle from here was great.

This place is the epitome of sleazy used car lots! DO NOT trust any "We Owe" forms they give you. The service department is very incompetent. I purchased a cheap car (around $5000) for my daughter. During the test drive, I noticed a wheel bearing was going out. Their service manager drove it and agreed with the problem. They "promised" to fix it. I bought it. It then took them a month to "fix" the vehicle. They put new struts on it! While that was nice of them, it wasn't the problem with the vehicle! After weeks of "the wrong part was ordered" when I called, they came up with the grand move of "hand delivering" the vehicle to me(about 2 hours away). I was thrilled with this great service. However, when the flatbed showed up, the driver refused to unload the car until I paid the balance. This is because they knew that they hadn't fixed what they were CONTRACTED to fix! I ended up replacing the wheel bearing myself in my garage in about 2 hours with $125 worth of parts. They will not call you, and when you call them, they see the caller ID and will not answer. Just steer clear of promises to fix the car, because I really do NOT feel that they have competent technicians working there.

It's my first ever brand-new bike and I was super nervous, but they made the whole experience so easy. Everyone at Triumph Cincinnati is friendly, responsive, and they know their stuff!

The salesman I worked with at this Triumph dealership was very professional, courteous and helpful. I purchased a car off of the used lot. I do much trouble getting the work done that they promised to do. When they were confronted about it, the GM of the store came out was very rude. I told them I wanted to cancel the deal. I was told that the sales tax and my deposit is being forfeited. Do not do business with this Triumph dealership! My salesman was proactive and expedient in resolving all of these issues.

I bought a $12000.00 SUV had exhaust issues that were supposed to be fixed, rotor issues that were supposed to be replaced and drove 200 miles and Transmission went out! I was stranded for 2 days, had to get car towed. This was in May, I have tried to call almost every day and after they found out the issues, they will not return my calls! Very frustrating! The Manager Arron, has avoided my calls and other Managers very rude! Manager named Jessie wanted to say no wonder no one would talk to me, because I was so upset. I’m sorry if you paid $12000.00 for a car, they won’t take responsibility for the repairs they were supposed to make, won’t answer calls or return calls, Drive the car 200 miles and transmission goes out, stranded in Missouri and you are a Travel Nurse trying to return to Colorado, wouldn’t you be a little upset!!!!! I sent them pictures of the exhaust, where they put the Muffler on backwards, it will not pass emission test, 2 holes still in the exhaust, rotor still has gove in it and because I am out of state, they don’t want to take responsibility for their so called repairs and taking advantage of an Essential Worker! I DO NOT recommend buying a car from this dealer! Buyer beware!

I bought a vehicle here at a fair price if the car were only in fair condition. A week after I bought it at market value, the transmission was destroyed from clearly pre existing issues. This is a severe safety issue, being that it’d stop on the interstate. I was sold a near totaled car. It was brought to their repair service center because the dealership said the warranty would cover it there. The warranty did not cover it because it broke down within the first 30 days. Warranty Co. said the dealership would pay for it, but they did not either. Next, I’m given the bill higher than I agreed to. It took them 3 months and plenty of phone calls to put this new transmission in. A week after getting this new transmission from them, the car breaks down again only to find that the transmission is still totaled and verified the repairs I paid 2k for were not even done. If you view other reviews they are renown for selling cars with ruined transmissions which mysteriously break down within the first week. I've been stuck paying for two new transmissions within a month. This sincerely has severely hindered my life and even threatened it, I walk 3 hours a day now to keep my jobs.

I do not recommend doing business with these people. This dealership has very rude employees and a very rude, obnoxious manager. I was attempting to purchase a vehicle site-unseen from out-of-state and tried to obtain an inspection. No mechanic was willing to travel to the dealership (understandably) and the dealership was unable to take the vehicle offsite to an independent mechanic. I can also understand this as that would be somewhat time-consuming. The management was also unwilling to offer even a three day return policy or any type of warranty in the event that I receive the vehicle and it has a mechanical issue. The salesperson was "too busy" to walk to the vehicle and do a video call so I can hear the vehicle running. When I pointed out that he would have time to show me the car if I was there in person he told me I was rude and should be grateful for all he had already done (which I was, and I had thanked him for it). Management stood behind this employee and said his comments were appropriate and they had decided not to work with me! I had actually decided to buy the car if someone would make the video, but after that conversation I wouldn't even if they reduced the price and threw in a warranty. When I told the manager I would be leaving a negative review he actually threatened to track down my employer and tell them "what a crazy employee they have". I have never been treated this way in my life by a business. Stay away!

I was hoping i didn't have to write a bad review but unfortunately that all i have left. Long story short - i bought a car, 2 weeks later check engine comes on, i take it back and was given a verbal quote "we can do it for under $300". 3 days later car is not ready and then I was told i was never told that, nothing is owed to me even though i never recieved a call or text for 3 days. Worse customer service experience. I hope this helps someone and if possible, STAY AWAY or pray that nothing is wrong with the vehicle when you drive off the lot

Went in looking for a new bike! The staff was super welcoming and accomodating. They are knowledgeable about the cars and led me every step if the way with great transparency. Tommy was wonderful, Would recommend this dealership and him to anyone! Cars looked great!! Would recommend asking for Tommy when you stop in!!

YOU CAN FIND THE SAME CARS, IN BETTER CONDITION, FOR LESS, SOMEWHERE ELSE! I would give negative stars if I could. I called to ask about the car, Tim McDonald told me it was in great condition and wouldn’t sell me a problem car because they care about their customers. This is before they even had the car in the shop, it was 3 more calls before they told me that. I came in and stood there for probably 5 minutes while workers chatted amongst themselves. They told me they would detail it, when I looked over it, the inside was sticky in many spots. Not a huge deal, I would clean that myself. Quite a few minor things didn’t work on the inside, but Tim McDonald continued to tell me this was a great deal. I had driven 2 1/2 hours for this car, and they knew how eager I was to get it. They got about $7,000 out of me. The bottom is rusted with holes. This car will last me maybe another year. ALSO failed to mention the most they can put on a credit card is $2,000, you know, until I got there.
