This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Cincinnati, OH, reviews for Kor Towing are sharply split, yielding 50/100. Strengths: quick arrival times, professional drivers, and often competitive pricing. Weaknesses: repeated no-shows/cancellations, long waits, rude interactions, and reports of very high quotes or third-party call centers. Customer service feels inconsistent. No clear info on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts. Net take: mixed with a negative trend; confirm ETA and pricing in writing. This snapshot may be incomplete.
What clients say about Kor Towing in Cincinnati (OH)
cancelled my tow at 8am... an hour after the start of the pickup window of 7am-11am. i needed the car towed today. didn't give a reason. use another company.
Needed a tow last night. Korte's towing was quick to get to me and they were very professional. I would not hesitate to call Korte's towing in the future. Highly recommend!!!
This is a fake towing service, not even local to Dallas. The phone number is some Ohio number and the person that gave me a quote said my towing service would be $400 for 2 miles. A total scam don’t use this service
Absolutely horrible called Mike and he said he would be to my daughters vehicle in 25 minutes and 2 hours later never showed and keep trying to call them and my calls was forwarded to voicemail. Horrible horrible don't ever use them
Rude as heck does not care about times. First, time I couldn't do it and rescheduled to a later time in the day and they cancelled bc they are in ciny and I work in Columbus live in Urbana and truck is in Dayton. Never sell to peddle and never use this tow company we will see if they can show on Monday. This company belittle peddle. Great customer service and the guy that answer the phone cold as ice and heartless period!!!!
This is a scam. The number transferred me to a foreign call center which took a payment of $400. They never showed up for towing. When I tried to cancel they kept calling to harrass me.
Everybody at GT is exceptionally useful and proficient. We bought some additional Thule frill and They set up every one of the parts for us so we were all set. Extraordinary data and portrayal on-site guaranteed I got the right part the initial time. Great. Shown up when told it would and ready to fit rational day. I much appreciated Kortes Towing.
My car was parked for too long and won't start and I had to tow it. I called Kortes Towing for the service. The driver was patient on the phone. He got to my pickup location on time. He was super nice and professional. The whole process was smooth and fast.
I'm sitting in my car waiting for my neighbor to get out of her employment to take her home an a tow truck comes by an says "I need to move my pos car" um okay? An then takes a picture of my car. Super unprofessional an hot headed driver.
