Brought boat in for trim issues, and they told me it was the motor and it would be $1400. Picked it up, took it somewhere else and it was a simple wire issue. Motor was fine. I wouldn't recommend.

It's decent I mean it is on the Ohio River is the only downside other than that people are friendly.

Horribly dishonest!! If you want your vessel to be cared for the way you care for your own, Never go here! They take your money and never deliver. If you want safe storage, DON'T GO HERE. If you pay for inside thousands, you will get stored outside, if you're not a friend of an owner. Mgmt change, is bad for them. Used to be great, avoid them if you respect your boats!!!!!

Running behind with a wide load / high load aluminum yacht the crew stayed late and met me and the client after hours to offload . Washington has worked on five of my last boats and have done amazing work to make them show pice that everyone enjoys! I have found their prices extremely fair and reasonable. They have a lot of pride in doing a better job then the customer expected. Everyone is friendly and listen to what you want and walk you though what it will take to get the job none! I would not even consider havin anyone else work on one of my boats.

If you have a sailboat or a diesel engine stay away from this like the plague. Mike, who is the gentleman you will see when you first walk in will not know anything about sailing, sailboats, diesel engines or boating in general. He has never seen a cradle and will always tell you he has to talk to Greg. Greg usually is working out in the yard (Owner). If you can get past Mike and talk to Greg, things actually will get done. It took them three years to give me a quote on storing my cradle, which eventually they lost it, but after walking around for 30 minutes, I found it in use with another sailboat. Essentially, there is no communication from the guy in the office to the yard workers and it is very disorganized.
