Didn’t get the amount they told me on the phone

so terriable, the only one that actually spoke to me with respect was the main counter girl i dont know her name. the driver was supper rude and low balled me. if you think its going to be lower than a quoted price than say ull quote me on site dont waste my time.. i advised my car was full and complete its not my fault that the coverter was an "after market" im not a car guru

Experience was going well. Made offer on junk car based on pictures I sent. Easy to schedule pick up and they showed up on time. Would of been 5 stars but they tried to lowball on offer when they picked up car. I still got the original offer but shouldn't have had to argue about it.
