Extremely unprofessional experience.
We drove all the way from Lakeland and were immediately disappointed. The business operates out of a converted room/garage, with no working restroom and multiple offensive signs posted everywhere. The attitude was very rude, and the environment felt tense and unwelcoming.

There was absolutely no professionalism. It seemed like a family-run operation, but instead of being friendly, they were confrontational for no reason. The overall setup and behavior raised serious concerns about how they are even licensed to operate.

Their “special offers” and “discounts” are not worth the headache.
Do yourself a favor: stay away and take your business somewhere else.

These folks are incredible. Having been forced into needing these services due an at fault driver's insurance "totaling" our car over a bumper I was so grateful for a helpful team backing me up through this stage of the process. From the first contact over the phone just asking questions through the actual inspection and filing paperwork they were nothing but the most helpful and friendly professionals.

Everything was absolutely up front and honest. Every bit of pertinent information was made clear; required documents, expectations, cost. Every question answered with respect and in clear terms. And then the actual inspection process was extremely swift and watching the team work together was inspiring. These folks are the real deal and you need not look any further. They deserve your business and you deserve their help and expertise.

Included a photo of our "total loss" bumper ? the entire insurance ordeal was hellish but my time speaking with and then certifying with CFL DMV Rebuilt was the sole refreshment throughout the whole process. If ever I need to do this again I'm absolutely going back to this incredible team. Stop searching, these are the folks you want to work with.

This place is where you go to get your vehicle certified to be back on the road after you had totaled your vehicle and repaired it. Cost is$200.00 good people they make you feal right at home.

This place is super good at what they do they’re thorough but they’re fast. I would definitely recommend you come here if you need any services from the DMV without going to the DMV.

We had a vehicle with a messed up title and had been in a wreck. Came into the inspection office and spoke with Elizabeth and Terrence. They directed us on what we needed to do. We did what they said and came back into the office and everything went well. They are fantastic and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Thank you both, you are fantastic.

I called them to get more info and the nice lady was very helpful and told me to bring specific pics and they can print them there. I walked in and they were very helpful even offered me a drink! If you can bring cash you will save 4% for the credit card fee. Thanks again
