The new parts guy, I forgot his name . I'm thinking Alex. I gave him my serial number and model number to my Jer-dan rollback. He was so efficient and was able to supply me with my parts without a problem. I've been in there a few times when someone else was working in parts counter and he made my life miserable, I would give him VIN number and serial number and even then he would tell me that he couldn't help me with that. he needed me to take out the parts so I can measure and compare it. Thanks for your help buddy I'm going to find out your name for real and fix this 10 of 10 Stars
I try not to be negative unless I'm confronted with negativity. But these people are morally bankrupt. Broke deal with me for more money. Tried selling me vehicle with delete. Hands down the best wrecker dealer in Florida. Came all the way from Orlando to service one of my trucks and also buy a truck. Dode in service went above and beyond to get my truck serviced quick, Enrique in parts got me stocked on extra inventory, and Vanessa helped make my truck purchase smooth. Just a great honest company and great staff all around. Ryans ok too I guess ;D I highly recommend this place to anyone in Florida.
Came down to get few things for my company. Seen my buddy James Jackson who I hadn’t seen in while. He went over and beyond to help me out, made sure I had what I needed. Came in with PTO issues had no appointment they took my truck to the back to get checked right away. Less then an hour after PTO BACK WORKING. Can’t thank them enough.
I had an agreement signed with them and after waiting a month for the truck, they changed the price just because things had gone up in price, it wasn't fair, this is just my opinion!
Excellent customer service and prices!! Jason made it effortless to purchase a new 2020 Ford F-450. All I had to do was fly in, sign a couple papers, and drive back to Hound Dog's Towing & Recovery in Columbus, OH. The truck is fantastic and already out making us money. We'll definitely be checking you when we need truck #13!!

Jason was very helpful. To be honest this was a very flawless experience. Having bought trucks from a lot of different company's in the past. This was a night a day difference. You can tell they value your business. Communication was great and they did everything they said they would do. They held up to the delivery time and date. Even when there were some small issues with finance and insurance, Jason stayed past late to insure these trucks would be delivered. Thank You Jason You have earned our business for the long term. I just purchased an 07 Hino from Florida Wrecker Sales. Kevin Hall, my salesman went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible for the truck. Not only was he my salesman, but now he is a freind. Another great thing about FWS is the owner Ryan is involved with every deal. He even threw in some free equipment with the truck purchase and gave me a credit account to purchase equipment because he knew I was just starting out. Speaking of the Equipment, Todd in the parts department is a hoot! He is funny and always makes you laugh and gives you the best price. When you ask him how much something is, he will usually say "well how much do you want to pay"! Todd is the man! When the delivery date came, I could not get there until after 5 pm and they both stayed late to deliver the truck and take pics. I would recommend FWS to anyone buying a tow truck. They even build custom tow trucks to your specs! Thank you FWS!

My family has been doing business with Florida Wrecker Sales for years! These guys are phenomenal and Todd is a great guy, if I need anything fixed (light bars mostly) he’s right and fixes them on the spot usually and knows them inside and out!
I purchase a 2014 hino before coming to look at it because it was a nice looking truck only to find out from what the salesman Jason told me that someone posted the wrong pictures & stock number for the wrong truck. Even after texting him (SCREEN SHOT PICTURES OFF THIER WEBSITE) of the hino and confirming with him that this was the truck that I was purchasing. After spending $1200 between uber and 2 one way plane tickets back to Charlotte NC with plans on driving a tow truck back. Probably not going to get my $780 processing fee from beacon Funding to draw this loan up. I saw on their website that it is now changed but I have proof of a screen shot that the wrong truck was posted. Mistakes like this really shouldn't happen! Man at least they could have offered to pay my air fare. After arriving at Florida wrecker sales on Friday at 11:30am on 06/21/2019 and leaving there around 12:30 pm; I had to purchase another one way ticket back to Charlotte that did not depart until 9PM that night. 9 hours stuck at a Airport. No Apologies, just a ok when I walked out the door.

I went to this place to try to get some information staff is awesome right away I was received by one of the staff members took me inside and I spoke to Jason these guys are not trying to sell you their equipment they will advise you very well I was very pleased by the gentleman who first attended me great team hopefully I could do business with these guys in the future
