You can’t ask for more when looking for a towing company. Yari took my call and showed exceptional customer service. Not just that but she even came out to service me so that I would not have to wait long. Very quick response in timing and showed a lot of care. If one person shows all this, I can imagine how the company as a whole are! Thank you again, 5 star well deserved!
Anthony is the man! He took care of me in a timely fashion. I would use him time and time again. No matter the time of dy or night, I have confidence he will take care of me. A true human being that sincerely likes to help people.
I was the middle person today to scramble finding a tow company to pick up our ONLY car off the road from dropping off our children to school. The battery was giving trouble and for the multiple times ( AWESOME TOW DRIVER WHOSE NAME I DON"T KNOW).he had to restart the car then get it on the truck.So that we could go to a mechanic before evening pickup. I give him multiple props, it was only after he left. I forgot to give a monetary tip. SO I AM GIVING ALL 5 STARS!!!!! THX A BUNCH FOR SAVING US THIS MORNING IN THE COLD.
I had originally contracted with Ak towing company, and without my knowledge, they reached out to this company for assistance.
Yadi (sp?)—the tow operator—was extremely personable, professional, and skilled. She handled my vehicle with real care and consideration.
The only issue was the pricing. I agreed to a tow at a much lower rate than what TBB later billed me. I sincerely hope this was simply a miscommunication between dispatchers and not a bait-and-switch tactic.
In my opinion, they should have honored the price I was quoted from AK and addressed any difference directly with the company they partner with.
Johnny was very professional and experienced. My son and I were grateful for his help. He has a calm demeanor and great attitude. He met us in the middle of the night to load the car.

I had a tricky tow and Yonis was great from start to finish. Good communication, friendly, creative in getting my fully locked up golf cart on and off the tow bed. He also tried to help troubleshoot it first to get it working. Price was reasonable.

Johnny is the man! I needed my ‘69 classic Mustang towed in a hurry. I called TBB and explained to Johnny my situation. This professional had empathy, understood my priblem, and made me a priority. Who does that these days!? He arrived at my location in 15 mins. His truck was clean, his tools were quality, and his service was beyond comparison. His rates beat everyone else’s, and I believe I checked with 4 other local companies prior to calling him. I can’t applaud this company enough. If you require a tow, DO NOT look any further than TBB!

My tire was flat last night, I have Lexus road side assistant they made me wait almost 4 hours before telling me that they couldn’t find a provider to come then said to find a local private towing company. After waiting nearly 4 hours, I called multiple private companies around the area
in Tampa, some said they couldn’t come and some said there’s at least 1-2 hours wait. After waiting for so long already, I didn’t have any more patience to wait any longer. I called TBB towing (he was recommended to me from another towing provider), he came within a few minutes to help me. I was so exhausted and overwhelmed after being there for so many hours with my kid. Thank you for coming so fast to help me, and thank you for providing an excellent quality service.

Best towing experience yet!!! Yonis really knew what he was doing. It was a bit of a challenge because I drive a lowered sports car, and he had it up on dollys in no time. I waited over 5 hours for triple A and had no responses. Called Yonis and within 25 minutes he was at the car and ready to go. He was quick, responsive, and had great communication. Plus for a great price, will definitely be a returning customer.

Fair pricing, great communication and he actually cares about his customers. He had already quoted me a good price for the tow but went out of his way to help diagnose the starting issue and ended up getting the car running. Ended up saving me money and I was able to get the vehicle to the mechanic and get it all fixed up by evening.

UPDATE-- this is my second time using TBB and I still highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. They bent over backward to help me today and I will never use another towing company again.
Highly recommend TBB. Yonis kept me updated and showed up on time. I found him on Google and called for a quote after AAA gave me the runaround, couldn't find anyone to tow my minibus, and finally, simply hung up on me. Yonis, on the other hand, is professional and friendly, and quoted a very reasonable price to tow my vehicle. I'm beyond satisfied with my experience and have added TBB to my contact for future use and referrals.
My lowered 350z broke down on the veterans highway during rush hour after work. I must have called 10 places that either didn’t have anyone available for 2 hours or nothing at all. I called TBB and within a half hour he was there to pick me up. He did a great job taking care of my car and getting us home. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. He was very professional and polite and also had a lot of information on where to take my car for help. If and when I need a tow, I’m calling TBB first!

Literally the best tow service. Great communication and exceptional service. This man goes above and beyond he did not have to wait with me until I got a quote for my tire … the place was trying to rip me off (I’m a female)and he actually stood with me until I found a place that can change my tire. He could of just left me and he didn’t. Come on like no other tow service will do that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart xo
