The whole transaction was great start to finish. And only took a couple hours from the initial call to the pick up of the vehicle. On time and very professional. JT answered his phone promptly and was very nice. Big thank you to his whole team. Definitely would use them in the future if needed.

Guy came inspected vehicle, took title and keys, loaded vehicle to truck and once secured he came and gave me the money cash.
I lost my mother in law car in an accident. She is fine. Insurance didn't take over. AAA brought the car to my driveway. Immediately I started looking for options, how to take out this junk from my driveway. I posted the car in marketplace and I received tons of requests. The only person who was serious was JT. He told me he was coming around 630pm, but he was stuck in an accident and he sent me pictures of the situation to keep me updated. He came and he evaluated the car, he paid my money, but he didn't go right away he talked to me for a while giving me advices on what to do and what car to buy. My wife signed all the release paperwork and he left. We went to bed around 9pm and when I woke up next day the car was not here anymore. His crew came late at night. It is my first time and I hope the last and he made everything easer for us. Thanks

When they came out the tow truck driver was very easy going, inspected the vehicle, no games, got paid cash on the spot, and driver was already on his was in 5 minutes.
