I have an apartment view of a massive Kimmins construction site that is hyper complex and ongoing for the past 8 weeks. I have NEVER seen a construction site so organized, clean, and efficient. The job is elaborate as part of it is in the water and part of it on land. It's amazing. I mean, what a weird thing to post a review about...but it's really incredible. I wish I had some construction work to give this team.
An amazing experience. Not only did they work all day to replace a city water pipe that was leaking - which included removing a section of sidewalk and street pavement - they ensured the safety of everyone including those who were 'challenged' in driving/walking in a construction area. They were professional, polite, and committed to leaving only when the job was done and the site cleaned. Joseph Martinez of Kimmins was a rock star, finding ways to solve problems caused by an aging infrastructure. Thanks to the City of Tampa for engaging such a quality and professional contractor. Impressive from start to finish.
I recently had my house demoed by Kimmins, and I am soooooooo happy with their work! From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly respectful of my property. They showed up on time, handled everything safely and efficiently, and kept the area clean throughout the process.
It’s rare to find a contractor that combines great communication with true professionalism, but Kimmins absolutely delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for demolition work done right!

Kimmins Contracting Contracting is a phenomenal mentor and program. I have learnt many lessons in business which I can now employ. Company is a joke higher up people just want to argue with each other and make sure something gets done their way as well as making up rules as we go. Started work February laid more pipe than any of their crews could. Finished the run in March and they tell us we aren't going to work out. Also if you want any over time run, they will cry if we're not leaving by 3:30. Watch who you talk to.
I heard alot about this company being for people. They were completely wrong. This company is for itself they don't care who gets hurt in the process. I'm really sorry for those workers who needed this.
I called in a water main break to the City Water Department which required extensive removal of street pavement, lawn sod and brick pavers in my driveway. Kimmons was on the scene the next day and worked from noon to midnight to replace the defective line. The next day Jason came out and worked on the damaged sod which covered parts of the lawn for three separate houses. Today Jason returned with Chris to install new sod in all the affected areas. Their attention to detail and to providing excellent customer service were outstanding. They are excellent representatives for your company and I just wanted to share how impressed and appreciative I am for the job they did.
My daughter transitioned from Kimmins earlier this month & I AM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. Kimmins taught her everything her days of the week, months in a year, can count to 20+ she can even count to 10 in Spanish, manners AN SOOOOOOO MUCH MOREEEE an she just turned 3. Now she goes to another school an I'm so not feeling it, my daughter is 3 an comes home talking about she's brown her friend is white an at 3 she shouldn't know anything about race . I may be wrong or KIMMINS over taught her lol, but I LOVE & MISS KIMMINS SOOOOO MUCH IF you are looking for a great school who treats everyone equally, an you want your child to learn at a early age I highly RECOMMEND KIMMINS.....IF IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO KEEP KIDS PAST THE AGE OF 3 I WOULD NEVER LEAVE!!!!!!!
