Cha Cha Express towing saved me on January 20, 2026. My large SUV vehicle had a dead battery and wouldn’t jump start with another vehicle. George come over within 2 hours of my call and had a heavy duty battery jump starter. He got my vehicle started so I could drive it to a shop for a new battery. He also reminded me to deactivate the auto start/stop function so I wouldn’t be dead on the road again. I highly recommend them for roadside assistance! Thank you so much George!!!

One of your drivers parked in a parking lot to eat and I had to drive around the huge truck to get out of the parking spot on the side of the tow truck. They were blocking traffic and not moving. They looked at the people trying to get past them and kept eating.

Somebody ran me off the road into a ditch and I had other companies show up and tell me they couldn’t get my truck out. These guys from Cha Cha Express towing were here for quite a bit of time because they refused to give up like the other companies. And sure enough they got my truck out of the ditch with zero damage. I just can’t say enough about these 2 tow truck drivers. They were amazing and just the fact that they refused to give up and tried 20 different things until they finally came up with the solution. They were so nice and VERY smart. Not many people would have figured this out and how quickly the other companies gave up just shows me how lucky I was that these two guys showed up. It seemed like an impossible situation and I was losing all hope. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come help me. I am immensely grateful‼️

AAA sent a tow truck out and driver didn't speak English. The driver was unable to communicate and took keys and car to location given to AAA. The car dealer where it was dropped off did not receive vehicle. Keys were given to tow driver. Customer service did not recognize me as a client for a long while on the call. Eventually she did and all she could say was the car was dropped off at desired location.

Excellent service! I called AAA who sent Cha Cha Express. Cha Cha called us back with an estimated timeframe right away and arrived quickly. The driver was friendly and helpful, allowing us to ride along to the shop. Will definitely use again!

In the line of work I do, I have to maintain six different 14-passenger vans. Unfortunately this means I have to depend on tow trucks a little more often than I like. This was my first time ever dealing with Cha Cha Express and let me tell you I’m not going to another tow truck company. There was so much support from beginning to end when Juan Carlos showed up to tow this van he was so professional about it. He understood exactly what I meant when I was letting him know that it was stuck in reverse. He knew exactly what to do. He instantly pulled out slides for the back tires had that thing up on the tow bed so fast made sure to confirm where I wanted this van taken before even getting back in his vehicle and I had actually forgot to put up the window on the passenger side And he jumped up there quick in a hurry to roll up the window. It’s the first tow truck company I’ve ever seen send you confirmation videos of exactly where your vehicle was dropped off, which was amazing. That’s unheard of thing. I would recommend Cha Cha Express for any tone needs. You have personal fleet doesn’t matter. I’m super excited about when their automotive maintenance shop opens because it’s gonna be just as phenomenal.

AAA dispatched the call to Cha cha express and they called me within 3 minutes and showed up at the time frame they told me which was pretty quick. The two gentlemen that showed up were very nice and professional, and they got my car home safely. Great job! I would definitely recommend them.

I am extremely grateful for this company! Getting dark, phone close to dying when my car decides to flash all dashboard lights and lock up making steering difficult. I pull off road and car shuts off. I call one place 1.5 - 2 hour wait. Call second place and it was this company. Woman answered very nice, gave estimate and called me back promptly with ETA. Thankfully they had someone in the area and she said about 15 mins. They showed up, I paid through link they texted me (8% battery thankfully) and they promptly loaded up my car. They got me and my car home safely. Guy that helped me was nice, professional. Put my car in driveway, service completed. So very thankful for their service!
