FANTASTIC Service today. I needed help getting a large crate moved. Reached out and spoke to Baz. He was able to get it arranged for pick up within a very short time. Driver did very nice. All of the weird instructions I had were followed perfectly. Price was fair and was charged as quoted. I will 100% reach out them if I need service in this area again.
This company gave me a set number then by morning it changed. I offered a smaller price, but they tried to take advantage of that price by offering a lower price after we already agreed to the higher price. Its better to use a company that already has the numbers in order. My car is a 2014 and in great condition, so if they were to fix what was wrong they would of been able to sell it for 3x more than what they tried to pay me for it. I wouldn't recommend this cash for cars place to anyone. Better to just sell on fb market as a mechanic special instead of taking less money than your car is worth.
This company don’t even deserves a start they literally hang up on me as i was talking in a nice way trying to get theyre address and info about my car possibly being there just told me we do not have your car and hang up what kind of customer service is that??? Zero start for me very bad job
I would like to thank everyone involved in making my tow experience seamless! Starting with Eli all the way at to the guy that came and towed my car! Very professional and they don’t rush you off the phone or when they come and take your car! I called Eli a couple times and he was so patient with me great customer service! It’s the holiday season so have some patience ..and you’ll get amazing service ! Thank you so much Eli!
If I can give a zero star I would. Waited for 2.5 hours for a tow. Called and they said the driver stopped to get food. Very unprofessional. Ended up calling Alfredo towing company and they came within 30 mins! Unprofessional.
Great all around! Customer service is amazing, the wait time wasn’t long at all compared to triple A. I’m thankful and the price was reasonable. Shout out to Tampa tow Bros LLC. Brad was amazing! He was understanding I didn’t eat anything and even stopped me by Pizza Hut to get some wings. Wow. It’s refreshing to know there’s still good hearted people in this world. So thankful!

A breakdown is never a good experience. This tow company was a dream to deal with!! The driver was wonderful even took me to a rest stop to use the bathroom! I have called them twice with help to get reimbursed and the dispatchers have gone out of their way to help me! I highly recommend them....
Tampa Bros saved the day when my car lost power on a I-275 exit ramp. They arrived on the scene in less than 40 minutes. Tampa Bros made fast work of getting my car on the tow truck and off to the dealership. Thanks again for the speedy service!
Where do I begin!!!! Brad was very fast and efficient coming to my rescue when my own insurance company made me wait over 4 hrs. I highly recommend using this company when you need a tow quickly. Brad, Bass, & the folks at Tampa Bros were amazing! They really helped me out so much and really saved me! I was stuck on the side of the road and I didn’t have the full amount at the moment and they were still able to assist with a payment arrangement. I’m so thankful for their kindness. I was stuck and did not know what to do and no other tow company was willing to work with me. They really brightened my day with such good energy and positivity. I was able to ride in the tow truck with him and I felt very safe and made it to my destination safely. Good AC inside and smelled amazing. Trust me, call them for any of your tow needs. You won’t regret it!

Tow Bros saved us!! I needed a 5-mile tow in South Tampa, and got a very good price right away. The tow truck showed up within 20 minutes and the driver deserves every penny he earns!! He was so fast and professional. Thank you and God bless!
Truck died. Called our insurance company. Tampa Tow Bros was the company who got the service ticket. Was told it would be there in 33 minutes. An hour later, it said 32 minutes. Husband calls the company. The guy who answers told him "oh yeah. I don't have anyone, so we're not coming. I tried calling you insurance company, but they didn't answer. If you could call them, that would be great."
Um, no. That's not how it works. We had to cancel it and start the whole process over.
Matched my price and beat out competition. Eli on the phones really knows what he is doing and deserves a raise! If I was the owner I would definitely value Eli's sales skills and try to keep him on the team for as long as possible! He kept me on the phone and did everything to prevent me from hanging up! Mike and Brat are wonderful. They came and saw the situation I was in and pulled both my vehicles out with no problems. They were careful not to damage either vehicle and they brought the correct equipment. This was a difficult off road recovery that these two men did with no hesitation unlike Stepps Towing who did nothing when they showed up finally. I will always uses these guys for my towing needs. Mike B came out and helped me today, he was excellent and especially patient considering I left the scene without leaving the keys so he can tow my car. I was still shaken from the accident I took the keys with me. Luckily I live five minutes away and Mike was extremely nice and assuring. The process was smooth.
