I am very satisfied with my service. Communication was excellent. I was texted and called the day of with my ETA. Shawn and Roger were very professional and polite. They were courteous of my property and got the job done quickly. Would recommend.

This was a terrific experience. I requested a pick up online and they called promptly to verify some details then again 20 minutes before arriving. Wade was a machine - he lifted everything himself, was professional, extremely quick and efficient. I was impressed!

Devon and Wayne were extremely helpful and professional. They arrived on time and had everything removed within 15 minutes. They’re excellent at what they do — probably the best in the Tampa area. If you need junk removal services, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Elijah and Roger were both so friendly and quick to help to get a mattress gone! Also Justin on the phone was professional and kind to make sure his team could meet our needs. I had reached out to another company for an estimate and was met with attitude. Wasn’t sure what to expect from 1800GotJunk, but was so happy they were pleasant and acted as if moving my mattress was the highlight of their day. Will definitely reach out to them for future needs!

I called last minute for service and was able to get a same day pick up. Wade and Garrett(I’m horrible with names lol) were freaking awesome. They came and removed the furniture will ease. Customer service was A++. This is my second time using this company. Each time was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them. Great price and professional service.

Shawn and Deven were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was excellent in explaining the project, pricing what it would entail etc - this wasn’t a straightforward job as we had multiple pallets of concrete pavers. They were efficient, kind and competitively priced. Would certainly recommend Got Junk, but more importantly these two in specific (if the company allows requests)

Roger & Binu were fantastic! Super friendly, helpful and worked quickly. Absolute professionals from start to finish and they truly saved me a ton of time and work. Highly recommend if you've ever got a ton of stuff you need to get rid of but don't know how. These guys will save the day!

Mike and Diego did an excellent job very quickly emptying out a completely full storage unit. They arrived within half an hour of our call and it was empty three hours later. They were both personable and thoughtful. Would highly recommend for a dirty job.

Honest review: Binu and Mike were absolutely amazing! Had a 6 person jacuzzi removed and these guys were not only fast but efficient. Booking online was super easy and no fees were due upfront. Within 15 mins of booking, I received a call from Matt, confirming my appointment and relevant details. He was upfront that there was another job before my appointment and asked if I was okay with the crew arriving towards the end of the appointment time slot. Very professional. Diego and John came through on time and ready to work! They were so pleasant and professional and really throughly explained every step of the process. John made sure the porch was left in a better condition than when they showed up by sweeping and after removing the junk. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Definitely using this service again. The ease and professionalism was worth every penny!

Wade was amazing!! The office and Wade kept me informed from the moment my request was received I was taken care of like I was a rock star! Great guys, fair price, and fast! I highly recommend this company. Pierre and Mike are amazing and go above and beyond! They moved an entire house and also saved me an electrician fee by taking down a chandelier!

I just got some major help from Jimmy with this company, he took care of an overwhelming mess that I made while cleaning my garage, I didn't realize how crazy it would get and he rescued us! Joe was very thorough, very professional on time service. He accommodated us with our flattened boxes & packing material as we just moved to Florida.
