I had my tire patched here today. I am incredibly sad to know that they don't pay their employees very much. They have a big sign right when you pull up that says tips accepted. Then, if you don't tip, they yell at you when you're leaving that tips are accepted. They did a great job, but they literally did the job i paid them to do at the price they asked for. If their prices are too low that they can't afford to pay their employees, then they need to raise their prices. I also truly believe that if I were a man, I would not have been yelled at. I will let my husband deal with this company from now on. I will not be going back until they pay their employees properly!!

And to the owner or which ever one of you commented on my review.. you’re supposed to be the tire experts and not me. Hth am i supposed to know wth im looking at to know if or not you’re selling me a bad tire or not, you sound crazy for even suggesting that. Furthermore you act like any publicity is good publicity whether it’s positive or negative, me being a business owner I know that’s the furthest thing from the truth.. reason being bad reviews shy ppl away, maybe not all but someone will definitely see it. I left the review because when I called 2 days later to hold the company accountable FOR SELLING ME A BAD TIRE, which is what happened and nobody accepted responsibility or took accountability for my misfortune that came from doing business with your company. You didn’t offer to replace it, rather stated that there was nothing that could be done, so basically I just threw my money away only to have to spend $130, 2 days later. The right thing to do would have been to off to replace the tire. Not only would i have remained a loyal customer, but word of mouth is the best advertisement. And lastly RNR showed me the date on the tire, and it was indeed 7 years old. To get on here and defend these actions and act like I did something wrong by “not inspecting the tires myself is ludicrous behavior.

Everyone here was friendly and professional. I called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed. Once I pulled up I was seen immediately and they fixed my tire in under ten minutes. They told me up front the tire was 55 plus 5 for balancing and 3 for disposal. Fair price, the tire seems like a good fit ??

I went in to see about a slow leak on my tire. The tech sawand showed me the worness on the inner portion of the tire that made visit their location. The tech was more that informative and nice as was everyone that I encountered there. The service was fast... I was out with a new to me tire within 25 minutes! Awesome service and location!

I love this tire shop. They are honest and very reasonably priced. There is one gentleman that does the work and he is not a people person to say the least, but he does one heck of a job. I had one tire replaced ($60), and all 4 tires rotated and balanced for $10 a tire. I was third in line and was there about 45 minutes. Outside seating only so dress appropriately and bring a drink! Definitely recommend for a good deal. Happy early birthday to long time owner Jabbo;) thanks for over 20 years of great service!

Went to switch 4tires was charged $66 and the manager was playing with a remote control car and was really rude I will not be coming back to this place any more the employees were good it's the manager who wasn't was rude this is the one on Broadway

Excellent service. Pulled in with a huge problem and the very light pocket and the owner Angelo was able to hook me up with a great deal on four tires. I will continue to tell everyone I know about Broadway tires and the great service.

Great experience overall. Service was fast and friendly. The owner and staff were super helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I was quoted around $1,300 for tires at the dealership, but I got better quality tires here for way less. Definitely recommend.

I Used this company for years. On Google it’s saying they close at 5 PM I arrive at 4:15PM and the tech claim they close at 4:30 and that they are under new management. I was standing out there for 10 minutes before anyone approach me to help me. When the tech took my tire off he said nothing was wrong with my tire so I proceeded to walk & Looked to see what he was doing to my tire around the corner where they put your tires in water and I noticed that he was already patching my tire without saying anything to me so I proceeded to ask the tech so I did have something in my tire he answered yes I was told that I had a nail in my tire after the fact he already had patched it didn’t show me No nail didn’t ask me if I wanted a patch or plug or nothing‼️‼️ So I asked him how much is for the patch he said $25 so nicely I asked him why would you do anything to my tire without saying ma’am yes you had a nail in your tire it’s going to be at amount of dollars? So a lady pulled up in her truck and sit down at the cash register outside, I don’t know if she’s a new owner so I was explaining to her when do y’all charge $25 for a patch and that’s when she said that the guy Jabo went up five dollars on patches from $15 to $20 so I gave her $20‼️ They need to get rid of the old Techs and Hire some new ones because they were very rude.. down to the young man pulling out the blower and blowing dirt and sand debris all over me and my car‼️‼️ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️‼️ ?

Always on point, they have saved me countless times,love these guys.and the tire manager with the nice eyes,and face piercing is just lovely

Used this company for years but I stand on principle. Sent a friend here for a good price and she was sold what she was told a new tire for $60. She went to get an alignment and was told the tire was damaged and used. When she went back to explain after calling them they tried to up charge her and also told me that they just got new management even though the lady at the front desk said she’s been there since July. The owner didn’t know I was on the phone with my friend when she told her “well the tire is like new” and when I confronted her about she denied it and said she also didn’t care if I left a Google review. I see there’s a review from 2 months ago stating the same thing so just be clear when you go here whether you’re purchasing a new or used tire.

Fast service even if they are busy. They are always faster and better priced than big chain shops.

Received a used tire and a good price and they answered the phone when I inquired about the use tire and was very fast and efficient, will recommend.

They did a good job but I have literally never been so harassed for a tip in my life. The little dude that did it asked me like 4 times. It was ridiculous.

Guys there are top notch it just happened to be raining on the way up to the shop! I figured we'd have to wait for it to get done raining nope the gentleman an older guy got right on it removed the tire in the rain and mounted it in the rain! That's service if you ask me !for the price for a used tire and they are in excellent shape/condition I have been going there for years and will be for years to come ! I come all the way from Apollo Beach high recommend and trusted ! ?

Great place to go if you're in a hurry they get to you as quickly as possible maybe a 5-10 minute wait and the tires are reasonably priced and they also fix tire punctures which is very convenient for me cuz I'm always on the go ????

Been going here for 40 yrs quick and reasonable prices just found out there are new owners. Met new owner. Very nice guy!

This is our second time here and I will never go anywhere else! They’ve always been very friendly and care about you instead of your money. Another place tried to say my tired was “sliced” And sell me a $325 tire, so we came here looking for a similar tire to mine. Called ahead and we were told yes so we came and met Chris who immediately knew the tire saved for us wouldn’t work. He went to look for the best match but then proceeded to just check the tire to make sure we absolutely needed to replace it. Which we did not. He patched it up and sent us on our way. Thank you for saving us money and keeping our best interests at heart!!! Hands down BEST PLACE EVER!!

Pulled up in one of the spots in front of their garage. Guy came to me within 30 seconds. Got tires that matched mine, pulled out two 3-ton car jacks and rolled them up, and the tires off minutes later. Office lady offered everyone waiting water bottles that were ice cold. Out the door with two gently used tires changed and balanced for $135. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. I purchased a tire from them for $60 and then went to get an alignment, the alignment company would not perform it on my car because he said it was the worse tire on my car not knowing that was the one I had just replaced. I called broadway immediately it was 2 days later and was informed that the had supposedly “sold the company to a new owner the day before” ? and basically there was nothing that could be done. I wound up spending a total of $190 for 1 tire. The alignment company told me that the tire was dry rotted and 7 years old. I feel like I was taken advantage of by the workers at broadway for selling me a tire that they knew was no good and knew I didn’t know was bad. Took no ownership/responsibility and cost me more money. Thats bad business

I’ll never come again. My tire popped on me while I was in the road and this was the closest place near me and when I pulled up the mechanic said $110, he went inside then back out and said $115 and I was ok with that. When it was time to pay, I had to pay $130 and when I said something about the price they said it was the taxes. But the receipts they gave me have totally different prices. I feel like I got scammed. And the math still doesn’t make sense because if it’s 115 plus the 9.08 in taxes, still doesn’t add up to 130. These ppl make up prices as they go & can’t even explain it to you. Go to Walmart for a cheaper price for a new tire !!

I unfortunately due to living in Tampa (construction haven) visit this place often they always take care of me right away are polite and affordable. We can patch or purchase tires or like me bring in my own tire or rim to switch out. Love this place

Been dealing with them for many years, the owner is a good friend great guy and employees get the job done fast without scuffing your wheel up or tired.

I just went here today to get a tire replaced & I’m glad I chose this place. I got a used tire in great shape for about $60. It was pretty busy but they worked FAST so I didn’t wait very long. All of the guys work extremely hard in the hot sun, getting people in and out quickly, & the guy who helped me was super respectful. I think his name was Billy. I have a feeling he’s a Christian. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone needing tire help ?

I thought I was getting a good deal on Friday and came out Sunday morning to a flat tire after it was supposed to be "fixed". Now I am late to church where I minister and I am doubting if the 2 used tires I purchased will last. I am not happy at all.
