This company has repeatedly missed their appointment to pick up my vehicle. The receptionist does not get back to you in an appropriate amount of time. Very unprofessional company, would not waste your time with this one. Just take a look at how they respond to their reviews. Customer Service is out the window with this one
This people sold me a bad engine knowing it aas bad, i got it installed and once it was installed the cylinders was passing the compression to the coolant. Got it removed and when i took it back they told me we couldn’t do nothing for me.
I buy maybe 4 engines a moth from different companies and this is by far the worst company to put your money and trust on their parts and i would definitely not recommend. 0 stars if i could.

The woman that answered was very friendly and helpful with alI my questions, don't remember her name but the man who came to pick up my vehicle Ray was super nice and made the transaction so easy and the offer was more than expected. Would deff do business with them again and refer anyone who needed this service. Super fast same day service.
I just have to say Dump Squad and Salvage is super fast and efficient!! Same say service!! Their one driver Raymond is so polite and Tricia has outstanding customer service! I highly recommend!! They pay top $$ too look no further!!
