Core Support Automotive Recycling in
Tampa (FL)

Fast and efficient business. Quick to call and very well versed in their work. If you need help these are the best of the best!

Frank was great! On time, very personable, helpful, honest, and respectful. It was all around a great experience dealing with him. Definitely will be contacting him again for any business matters in the future. As well as highly recommending him to other people.

Frank was incredibly professional and kind. He came out on Thanksgiving MORNING to take care of this since I work in healthcare and my schedule is so chaotic. I was treated fairly and respectfully at every turn. Would definitely recommend!

Frank was awesome from the first minute. I was interrupted for our initial appointment, but he accommodated for a later meeting. Great service and great value. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience here we'll use them again Frank was very professiona and honest

Frank was a great help! They explained the process and had my vehicle picked up in a timely manner!

Had a pleasant and easy experience with Core Automotive. The manager personally came at 7am to St Pete today from Land o Lakes because I was on a time crunch. He had did is entire checklist before I even got outside. Thank you guys so much. I will definitely call them again if I need to get rid of another car!

Frank was fantastic - collected paperwork , answered all questions and paid me the agreed amount. Smooth and fast transaction. I would recommend to anyone looking to dump a clunk

So the service was great and super convenient. But I was disappointed that the person who came to our home showed up without a mask.

My wife is immuno-compromised so we have to take extra care these days. These days I would think anyone coming out to a persons home as part of a job would be masked, so that seemed careless.

The actual service was great however, we had the van sold within an hour and got more than we were anticipating, and it was towed away about an hour earlier. I would highly recommend this service, I just hope they show a little more care when visiting their clients homes.

Frank was great.!!! Easy to work with, PAID CASH on the spot upon pick-up. Arrived in a timely fashion!
Very professional and made the entire transaction as smoothly as it could have gone.
Definitely recommend.
They even offered to pay more than competitors.

Frank was very accommodating to my strict time frame that I could meet. We worked everything out and he paid more than any of his competitors! I’ll recommend him to anyone looking for an easy transaction.

I've known these guys for about 10 years now. They work well with you, offer any assistance they can. Good people good services. In the very unlikely event they can't help you then they dont mind referring you to some one that can. My first call when I need these services. Definitely would recommend them..

Quick service!!
Great company, so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them. Everything was perfect.

I recommended them to a good friend of mine in need of getting rid of his car. He raves about how amazing they were! Prompt and friendly ... they went above and beyond what he was expecting. I will always recommend these guys to any of my clients or friends!

They Called me at the time the truck was suppose to arrive to reschedule. Already took off work early to get rid of the the car n now they said they want to reschedul. Do not recommend...

.

I must say in the past few years that I've known Sarah and Frank they're absolutely the best in their field. I work with several Junk Car Buyers and Core Support stands out from the rest!

This company is a well oiled machine. With Sarah Acevedo at the Helmn and as operations manager and Frank Acevedo as the muscles behind the scenes. They are awesome to deal with and know their business! I reccomend this company for all your auto recycling needs!

they picked up your car fast as soon as you called and got money right away. Thanks core support. Drivers names are Fernando , Lopez , Damien , Walter , Frank

I have personally known Sarah and Frank at Core Support for a few years. They take care of everything for you when you need to get rid of that eyesore in your yard. Call Core Support for all your automotive needs.
I have recommended a few of my friends to Core Support and they have been well taken care of.

Core support team were really great most specially the driver Frank, he is very professional and it went so smooth because of his extra ordinary customer service, and this company is the highest offer ever ... Keep it up core support! im looking forward to have more business to come with you in the future. 100% happy customer here..

We needed our car picked up ASAP as we were moving. They were quick, courteous, and gave us the most for the car as well! Would recommend them any day!

After getting into a car accident and having my car declared totaled. I wasn't sure who to call. I was told it was my responsibility to dispose the vehicle. Since I am a recycle freak I googled car recycling and Core Support Automotive Recycling popped up. I spoke to a lady who who super friendly and kind. She scheduled a pick for my car and before I knew it the pickup truck can and hauled my vehicle away! Thanks so much for making that experience less traumatizing!!!

These guys did good for me. Came on time and they say what they do. I don't know about others but I will be using them again. Thank you for being fast. Good job guys

They were awesome. The customer service was great. The service was fast (same-day). I called around to a few other companies to see where I could get the highest price for my vehicle and they paid the most.

I've junked a few cars before, and I have never seen service standards as good as Core's. They are polite, friendly, fast, and they pay in cash!

Called at 930 am was told that it would be 2 hours at most and by 330pm still no show after calling. 2xs in between the wait to get a ETA told both times the driver would call within a few minutes to give me a ETA and never received a call. Would have been nice for the common curtisie to alteast give a true eta instead of wasting my day

Scheduled a pick up for my truck. After waiting an hour, I called and was told they'll call the tower and see what's going on and call me back. Did not get a call back. Called 20 mins later and this lady said they don't know where the guy is and he had not called them. Was basically told she could not do anything for me because they don't know where their driver is.......
So essentially their employees does whatever they want going joy riding and not held accountable for their jobs and appointments
