I cannot recommend Action Towing enough! When my electric vehicle wouldn't charge at a gas station, their driver, Armando went above and beyond to help. He patiently tried several different approaches to get my car connected to the charger and, even though we ultimately couldn't get it to take a charge, he helped me narrow down the potential issues and pointed me in the right direction for troubleshooting.
I was nervous about towing but impressed how carefully he handled my vehicle and they also gave me a ride back home. Their service was professional, ON TIME and incredibly helpful throughout this stressful situation!
LAZ, was the pickup person for my 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer and the car was not running, in a covered carport off-set to the road to load up on his flatbed. He worked at this vehicle to get it out of the long driveway on to his truck without damage or any problems at all. He really knows how to work that truck and the angles to get it on his flatbed. He is an asset to the company and a very nice and courteous guy representing said company.

So thankful for Armando, I of course being so forgetful and rushing into work as an emt locked my keys in the car. Then had to leave my car at work in the lot with all my work stuff in it. I left it in the hands of Armando to the rescue to get my car unlocked thank god because I work nights and needed my jacket that night. He was kind and efficient and honest. Thank you for your service and saving me from being crazy and breaking my own window lol.
My car broke down on Sheldon ironically in their parking lot. The shop there said they were way busy so I called the no on the sign, got everything taken care of over the phone, left my key with the shop guys and took an uber home, got a text when the car go to Toyota.
Towed my car fast to the Toyota dealership without me even having to be there. Great service

Our car broke down and our insurance company contacted Action Towing to tow our car from our house to the dealership. Ed the driver came in on his day off to accommodate us because the company was so busy. He really took the time to load our car onto his truck and was very friendly during the car ride which made it less stressful for us. We really appreciate it getting done in a timely manner.
Tonight Jacob was our tower . He was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. His attitude was professional and positive. He was quick and polite and a dream to work with . I appreciate his service and he really helped me and my husband out tonight . If I could give him more stars I would !
Horrible experience. I had broke down in the middle of Gulf to bay and they were contracted through my auto insurance to tow me. I waited for over an hour before being pushed into a parking lot by clearwater road patrol with still no tow truck. I called and waited over 1 and a half more hours before the driver finally arrived. He had no gas can so I requested if he could take my vehicle to the gas station less than a block away. After adding gas my vehicle was fine and he hesitated to release MY vehicle at the station. He finally did and acted as if he did me a favor and requested a tip. I waited 3+ hours to be towed less than a block and to then be asked for a tip! Get more drivers or decline the job so people aren't left stranded for hours!
They were actually pretty amazing. I originally had them scheduled to come tow my car at like, 11am and I accidentally fell asleep. So I called back and they ended up coming back within a couple of hours. And the driver was SUPER nice. I was impressed.
Jeff the driver was very careful with loading and securing my 1000 pound bike, ensuring not to scuff or scratch it. Then he traveled approximately 80 miles to my house and was pleasant to talk with. The “reasonable price” that I selected had more to do with the limited towing distance that my insurance company provided than Action Towing’s service, which was excellent!
My car broke down unexpectedly, and these gentlemen were extremely professional from start to finish. They arrived within the hour, handled the tow efficiently, and delivered my vehicle to the dealership in time for the service department with no issues at all. Andy, thank you so much for all your help—I truly appreciate it.

I called prior to Andy arriving and this misanthrope named Michael picked up. Michael was entirely condescending, rude, and even insulted me. I couldn’t finish a sentence without Michael talking over me. A person in an emergency doesn’t need to be treated that way. No human does.
This company needs more people like Andy!
Michael could use some training on phone etiquette and empathy.

Listen… These guys were phenomenal… I had to leave my vehicle and come back to meet them and their timing was ON POINT! I called dispatch more than once and every time I called I spoke to a real person. They took care of everything. Armando was really helpful!! Highly recommended!
Chris was amazing! He came quicker than expected and easily the friendliest, most helpful service provider I’ve ever had. He did everything he could to jump my battery first before we ultimately had to replace in on the spot. He showed me and explained to me everything as he was doing it, so it was great to be in the loop. Top notch service!
My car could not start. Armando came and helped me. He did a great job.He was very friendly. And gave me a ride 35 minutes to my mechanic.He was very careful with my Camaro. And handled it like it was his own. I would recommend Action Towing to everyone I know. And it would be a plus if it was Armando making the tow.
Albert was the best! I had my 9 year old daughter with me and he gave us a ride back an hour away. He made us both feel very comfortable. And let my daughter use his iPad. Even stopped to let her use the bathroom at the gas station.

My Tesla ran out of battery and Action Towing came for our rescue. The truck driver is very nice and friendly and even helped me with my tires which is low in pressure. He handled my car professionally and carefully while loading and unloading. He let me and my wife ride in his tow truck. I would recommend their services to all my friends and family. Ryan from Action Towing was amazing! He came out quickly, was super helpful, and was able to jump start my car and confirm it was just the battery. This morning, I was dropping my friend off at the Tampa airport. When I stopped to let him out, I received a red alert that my car was overheated. I called GEICO and in less than two minutes they connected me with the towing company. The towing company arrived in 45 minutes or less, and the process was extremely smooth, fast, professional, and very safe. The driver, Ryan, from Spring Hills, Florida, was extremely professional, polite, friendly, and, above all, gave me the peace of mind and security that all this chaos had caused me. On the way, I felt relieved and satisfied that the company had helped me when I needed it most.
