Towing Company Tampa- Bilal Towing Inc in
Tampa (FL)

Great experience with this towing company. Quick response, fair pricing, and very professional service.

I’ve had such a bad day with a flat tire and it’s been long day but Thank goodness my Road side assistance sent me Alfredo who was kind, friendly and very professional. I felt relief he knew what he was doing and my car was safely on its way to the shop I arrived to find Alfredo dropping my car off and as he shook my hand and said
Thank you. I Knew I had to write a review
Thank you

Thanks to Alfredo for the tow! Prices were reasonable, and service was quick and friendly. You guys really got me out of a bind today. I drive a lot for work and will use you guys next time I blow my car up. LOL

The good, the bad and the ugly. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because of the driver, Alex. He was approachable, easy to speak to. We discussed what options were available. I needed my RV pulled out of a soft median where it sunk and got stuck. After my suggestion didn't get results he was able to get the task done using his initial thoughts. Alex contacted me and kept in contact with me until his arrival. My issue is with the person who answered the phone. He told me 275.00. I agreed. He told me it would be 90 minutes because it was rush hour. It was 1:30 in the afternoon. Furthermore, I was billed an additional 35.00 wench charge. Which is totally ludicrous considering what the issue was. Once my RV was pulled out the battery was dead and they wanted 180.00 jump charge. When I reached out to them about the 35.00 charge they did not bother replying. Never again. And stop with gauging folks with hidden fees.

Angel Rivera got me out home pretty quick and had great customer service. This driver made my bad situation much more bearable by prioritizing getting me home even though I was so far north out of the city. Great experience for a crappy situation

Taj helped me out so much, i was stuck on the highway and he was kind enough to take me straight home with great affordable services
(Also my car is lowered and if you request wood he will have it available)

This is my first time ever contacting a tow truck company. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories but after dealing with these guys, I won’t be calling anybody else.
I was soaking with this guy named Angel. He gave me his car one day. Never thought I was gonna use it, but I’m glad I did. My pickup truck broke down so i call him up. He hooked me up with a tow and i was able to afford it on my budget
Thank you Big Bro

Yo shout out Angel, even though they took him to the wrong address he still handled it like a champ. He followed the instructions to take it to the tire Kingdom and drop that car off like a Boss. He even put my keys in a nice lil spot and took a picture of it to make sure I knew exactly where it was. He also took a pic of my car to confirm he dropped it off. On top of that, he real cool dude, hey, if you’re seeing this, Angel, I love you and many thanks.

Offered quick service was there within 20 minutes driver was awesome very knowledgeable and courteous went above and beyond very professional gentleman would definitely recommend this company and that gentleman I thank him and them for their service

Horrible service. Katy the lady in the office cursed us out with no reason and disrespected me and my daughter.

I would highly recommend this company. Anthony called within 15 minutes of me scheduling my service through AAA. He informed me that there were a lot of calls and they were running a little bit behind but would get to my call as soon as he could. He stayed in touch with me and kept me informed as to when my car would be taken care of. I appreciate his diligence and honesty and would use him again in the future.

Super great service, super great price. As a woman, I felt safe and confident with the tow driver and that I was getting the best possible price. He worked with me and waited for me to get out of work. I highly recommend these guys.

I wasn’t expecting much from a towing company, but these guys really impressed me.
Fast, communicative, and didn’t overcharge. The truck was clean and the driver was
super knowledgeable. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need help.

Helped me out when my car got stuck on the Howard. Kept me updated on their arrival and drop off times. After getting quotes from other local tow companies Ajaks was much more reasonable on the price.

I was on the way to the car shop sonce my car started to smoke and on the way, my car stalled out and turned off mid traffic. I was nervous, but called to get my car towed to the shop and received outstanding service. Brad was amazing. He was calm, positive, professional and went the extra mile. He made my stress lighter and I couldn't have received someone better to assist. Please acknowledge Brad's amazing attitude, quick service and customer service.

Hired them to move my 36’ fifth wheel RV. The whole transaction went very well. Great communications, and they got the job done; on time with no issues.

Jr was amazing in helping me get my car towed from my mechanic shop to my home making sure to be careful while still being quick. Best Tow service I’ve ever had!

My car was towed today from the Midtown Waters garage, and the experience could have been better. When I asked for a receipt, the driver mentioned it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. When I followed up with the owner, I was told that receipts can only be picked up at their office, which is about an hour from my home. I wish the process had been clearer and more convenient for customers.

I had a great towing experience working with Marcus. He was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous, professional, and incredibly careful with my car from start to finish. Marcus provided timely updates throughout the process, which kept me informed and gave me peace of mind. Marcus made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find such outstanding service these days, and I can’t recommend Marcus highly enough!

I have a very expensive 1965 cobra JR did a great job when he came to pick up. My car was a complete professional and did an amazing job. Thanks again for all your help.

I can't say enough good things about Bilal Towing. I was stranded on the side of the road after my car broke down, and they came to my rescue quickly. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and reassuring. The tow truck arrived sooner than expected, and the driver was professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

Not only did they get my car to the repair shop safely, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of during the process. Fair pricing, no hidden fees, and excellent communication throughout. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend Bilal Towing —they truly are lifesavers!

Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a whole lot easier!
