I didn't plan on sleeping in the parking lot of a motel locked out of my car. They have a car lockout service and thankfully they were quick to respond. The dispatcher was polite and reassuring and the technician came out within the time frame given. He could open the truck safely, gently and fast. The whole experience was unbelievably seamless and trouble free. I was quite impressed with the professionalism and customer focus of the personnel involved. They responded quickly that night, saving me a lot of hassle and hardship.
Nice guys and were responsive. I needed a classic truck towed to a semi-truck tire shop to have tires put on lock-ring style wheels. They were able to get the truck towed to the shop in short order. Rate was industry standard. Paid cash to avoid fees.

The driver brought me exactly what I needed, and the response time was faster than I anticipated it would be. He got me back on the road quickly and didn't make me feel bad or furious. He also told me that they tow motorcycles and other exotic vehicles throughout the visit. I noticed this since I have a second car that would need that kind of care later. The service seemed professional, yet it was also really personable. The costs were reasonable, and everything went well. When my car battery died while I was parked outside a grocery store, I called Tampa Towing Co. for help. The technician came soon away and looked at the battery before trying to jump-start it. When the battery wouldn't retain a charge, they offered to tow the car to a nearby repair shop. I liked that they tried to fix the problem before offering a tow. The guy was nice and did everything in a professional way.
Their battery servicing was exactly what I needed on a chilly morning. He checked at the old battery, changed it right immediately, and made sure everything was working before he left. It worked well and didn't cost too much.

If I could give a lower rating for this company I would. To begin I called on 12/30/23 and was told they were short staffed with the holidays and would be able to come out Tuesday(1/4/24) morning. I was okay with this given the holidays and understanding the business was short-staffed. I scheduled for Tuesday morning and they asked for CC confirmation to hold appt. I was told to call on Monday afternoon to confirm pickup for Tuesday morning. I did so and pickup was confirmed for between 7am and 8am. No one EVER came during any business hours from 7am -5pm. I also had an appointment scheduled at a mechanic for 8:30am this morning(hence the reason for needing the tow) that was now missed. I attempted to call the company for an update and was hung up on not even half a sentence into explaining what happened. I immediately called back only to be forwarded to voicemail. Mind you they had charged my card immediately on the 30th. Needless to say I have now lost an entire extra day waiting around and my car STILL has not been towed and still needs to get to a mechanic before it can be fixed and I have had to call and report fraudulent charges. This is highly illegal what this company is doing.
SCAM!! This company is a scam. They took $180 for a service charge to help tow my car and it’s been 2 hours and no one showed up and no answered the phone. Called from three different numbers. How can you take someone’s money and not deliver a service. CALLING THE COPS TO show up to their location
