So happy to have found this company- for the longest time, I had no idea how to properly dispose of my old computers and iPads. You can schedule a time for them to come and pick up your electronics for free. They text you when they’re on their way and give you a confirmation once pick up is complete. Highly recommend!
My first time using using them. Everything was great, it was convenient for the pick up service as I no longer drive. And the confirmation of destroyed personal information. Also good to know the items are recycled properly

Urban Recycling picked up my 32 inch Dell monitor this morning free of charge! Very happy to have found such a great company! Best Buy charges $30 and Staples, along with Office Depot, etc, charges $20. ?♂️

Urban Recycling is a God sent organization. I called them to pickup an old non-working 50" TV and fax machine. The process was very easy. They called me to schedule a pickup time and date and they were right on time. I really appreciated the convenience and the great customer service. I will use again and highly recommend. I just returned from my first trip to their facility as I wanted to recycle a couple of computers that had been taken out of service and have some hard drives shredded. Due to the nature of my profession, I needed to ensure complete destruction of my data drives.
The facility is neat, clean and well organized. The first gentleman I interacted with was kind enough to help me unload my vehicle. He then escorted me to another employee who allowed me to watch the actual shredding of my drives. Both employees could not have been any nicer or more helpful.
This is an amazing level of service considering there was no charge for any of it, including shredding my drives. They are also ensuring your data will not be compromised and actually recycling all the bits recovered from disassembly of your electronics.

I had a window of 1 hour for the pick up. Trevor was there 15 minutes into the window. He was very pleasant. He explained their process and thanked me for the donation.
I’ve had a ton of dead electronics taking up so much space that I just didn’t know what to do with- I was nervous about getting rid of them because of my data that I was unable to delete. Not only does this company offer free pick up, but the service is also absolutely free! They guarantee that the data is destroyed and shredded. On the day of pick Up They texted me with an estimated time of arrival and I left it on my front door for them- they showed up when they said they would and the sent a text confirmation that pick up was complete. I wish I would’ve known about this sooner!
