Can’t get anyone on the phone and no one is texting me. Have a car ready to go, they must have enough business, I’d keep searching. Two stars because they have a website and seem to be a legitimate business.
This is the worse company ever!!! I had to pay $500, instead of getting paid cash, for an RV to be removed from a storage place; which was supposed to be junked not sold. Only to have the Pinellas County Police Department find us at our home to inform us that our RV (that we paid to get rid of and to be junk) was now sitting in a Walmart parking lot. I called the company to ask why this happened and the first response I received was; it was sold to someone else instead of being junked then the man on the other line hung up on me. I called the second time and the company then told me that they never picked up the RV because when they got to the storage unit, it was not there and that my husband must have interacted with an other company; which is false because my husband has phone calls and text messages conferring with this company. The person who owns this company is dishonest and a thief. I have texted him and called him multiple times and he will not respond. Here is proof….
They said they'd would pick up the car by 02:30 PM I texted them at 04:12 PM and they did not reply texting is how they gave me the quote for the car .I called them at 04:41 PM and they said they would call me back it is now 05:32 PM. Between not replying to text messages unless I called and not showing anywhere near the time they said I wouldn't recommend using their services.
Don't waste your time. Called the guy, he told me to text him pictures of my vehicle..I sent them to him. He made me an offer. I accepted. Never heard from him again. Wouldn't answer my texts. Pathetic.
Quick service. The guy who came to get my car was kind and looked at the engine for me. He confirmed what we thought may have happened and then bought my junk car! Would definitely recommend this service if you need to get rid of your car.

I call and tell them my model mileage and that I have a title, I send pictures and WE AGREE ON THE PRICE. At which point I give him the address to where my car is so he can pick it up and then he stops texting me back completely. I text him again the next day (today) and doesn’t remember anything about what we talked about. I resend pics and model of car and offers me 100 less than the original price we agreed on. This place is a joke.
Only wants to play games and will not give an offer. Edit to the owner’s response. I sent the owner a picture to get a quote and he went silent. Then he gave me an offer that was a fraction of what other companies have given me.

Great company. They gave me a decent price for my car and the process was super easy. The staff was polite, the driver was on time and they paid me cash on the spot. There were no towing fees as promised. I went with a similar company before, and they quoted me a great price, only to find out I owed more for towing at the end of the deal. Because of this, I was nervous about some of the lower quotes that I received-- in fact, I was nervous about the whole process. So im looking for a place to scrap my car its drivable but has some issue's. Upon googling it this was one i came across. I do my due diligence and read the reviews and from what im reading, the business is rude, the company never excepts responsibility (as if they are perfect without any flaws) and always blames the clients. I would not recommend them to anyone, if you work with the public customer service is key and telling every client that leaves a review that they do not like they blame them. Come on now we all make mistakes and im sure this company has too. The difference is most places will own up to it and try to resolve the problem which they clearly do not do!!!
