Great service, especially after hours. Tina was so caring and nice, quick to offer help. Jeff was willing to come to the middle of I-275 late on a Friday night! Best towing company I’ve ever worked with.

Didn't get any service here but whatever you guys have on the back of your trucks need to be changed. It's too reflective and I almost got into a accident from how blinding it is.

The company I give 3 stars. They towed my car as the request of an apartment complex even though I was not in a reserved spot and had only been there a few hours to baby sit. However, they did have someone come out and meet me at 11pm so I could get my car back immediately. On the other hand the cost was $470 which is insane, $250 just to get my car released to me. That's an insane price to pay when my car has been impounded less than 5 hours.

Though I do want to commend Henry, the driver who came out to let me get my car back was amazing, he showed me an adorable picture of his dog as a candy corn and really calmed me down and made an extremely unpleasant situation much more tolerable. I would call Henry to tow my car any day, he deserves a raise and his dog deserves a treat! Thank you again Henry - Megan

I had a very pleasant experience with the company. From beginning to end everyone was super patient and helpful. The dispatcher was very nice and knowledgeable. Gary S was the driver responsible for bringing my car home safe, he communicated at all times, he was professional and efficient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service the company provided for me.

Possibly the worst customer service known to mankind. They may be good at towing vehicles and saving the day but if your car gets impounded they treat you like a second class citizen and levy any number of random fees and charges on top of a daily $40 charge and initial $300 + fee to begin with. Not to mention if you don't get the car before 30 days they have it auctioned off. They are rude and dismissive while literally holding your vehicle hostage and nickel and diming you for everything and anything they can come up with. CTS Towing is basically a front for a Modern day legal extortion racket! And the kicker is the car isn't even mine! So much for helping a friend!

Its been a while since I needed a tow, and things have changed. Our tow guy, Art, was extremely polite, professional, and did a great job towing our Toyota Highlander from Linebaugh Ave all the way to Seminole. He showed up at the time I was quoted and had things taken care of right away. Art is an asset to you company and our family appreciates the kindness and professionalism he showed. I would definitely recommend CTS if you need a tow, thanks again.

Made having been in a collision so much less stressful! Accidents and totaling your car is never a pleasant experience and it's often rough getting through the logistics of the aftermath, including finalizing your car as to permission for it to be picked up from the towing yard as well as getting to it to clean it out.

But yesterday I was pleasantly surprised by someone named Destiny who was very patient and courteous on the phone, not because she was trained to be, but because it was genuine.

She quickly (within minutes) got me through the process of getting a release form sign for the insurance company to pick up my vehicle, she arranged for me to go to the yard and clean it out.

When I arrived at the yard, not only were all the vehicles parked neatly and accessibly, the woman there (forget her name) was so warm friendly and helpful, I forgot why I was there practically. It was easy to get in and out having cleaned out the car we tragically lost in an accident.

These situations are stressful enough, but to be treated by this (this is coming from a New Yorker originally) with such warmth, courtesy and helpfulness, well I don't know what else to say. Thank you guys so much!

This is an amazing towing company. Mrs. Bernie and Mrs. Destiny are very helpful and kind ladies who helped me transport my vehicle in a difficult situation. Cash and Debit only which is completely understanding. Very friendly drivers as well, I personally worked with Mr. Gary. Thank you again!

I used CTS TOWING today, they gave me a beyond fair estimate for local tow. They arrived within 10 minutes. My driver was Mike, and he was extremely friendly and willing to help. He brought my vehicle to a shop to get new tires. His service was fast, efficient and courteous. I really appreciate this company and most of all Mike for making a nightmare of a day, much easier to get through! Thank you!! 5 stars and I would refer anyone to this company.

Randy and Bernie are awesome!! I unfortunately got in an accident on the interstate, and Randy showed up quickly. He was very sociable and explained the process. Bernie took great care of me in the office was very kind. Hopefully I don't need a tow again, but if I do I'm calling them! :)

All the guys I dealt with where great. Friendly responsive and patient. I have our business truck towed at least 4 times recently and they are fairly priced with great service. Best tow service you could ask for.

I hope you actually record the calls. Whomever picks up the phone (her name starts with a K) lacks professionalism and has zero customer service skills.

Update: the police literally had to come so they would let us take our car out. Wow

First class operators. Allan really knew his business. Another tow company gave up then CTS came out and solved the problem with ease. They are Tesla experts for sure.

Murph with CTS Towing and Transport went above and beyond! He towed our car keeping in contact with us the whole time with texts and pictures. When we forgot our garage door opener, he got it out of the car for us and drove it to us! Wow, now that is awesome service! He made the best recommendation as to where to take our car. He provided friendly, top-notch service and put us at ease throughout the process. Thank you so much!!!

Steve helped me out with a flat tire on my tesla today. Super fast, responsive, and worked with me to safely get my car from my parking ramp to a towable position. All while being friendly with a great sense of humor.

Steve brought me a wheel from Tesla and took my damaged tire back to Tesla for repair. He was timely, called when he was in route and took very good care in jacking and changing the tire for me. This is actually the second time I have had a tire flat and Steve came both times. It has been almost a year and he remembered me. Very personable yet professional and had good things to say about his job and the company he worked for. Consistent, good service from positive people is a rarity these days. Thanks Steve!

Loved, loved, loved them! I have waited 3 hours for a tow truck before-when I am told an hour. Many times, the smaller companies don't even answer the phone or give you updates on where they are. CTS was extremely professional on the phone, Steve was on time and did a great job. Price was very reasonable. I love when a company rises way above your expectations. Thanks!!

Murph was the best. It was around 3am and I had a flat tire at work. I used my Tesla App for Roadside Assistance and they contacted CTS Towing & Transport. He got there a lot faster than expected and knew exactly what he was doing in regards to my Model 3 so no worries there. Once he arrived at the service center, he took a pic in front of the dealership and where the car was left which was reassuring. Overall 5/5, would get towed again. xD

I had to move a 40' shipping container within a short time and I was concerned about getting a company to move it. CTS was recommended and when I called, the representative whose name is Bernie was so polite and helpful. She guided me through the process so I knew what to expect. I was fortunate to be able to sell the container before the move and had to cancel. I called Bernie back and she again was so friendly and polite. She cancelled for me and is sending me an email for confirmation. There customer service is outstanding and I recommend this company for your next move, I know it will be mine.

Getting towed is never a pleasant experience but thankfully I had the chance to work with driver Steve from CTS and he was awesome! Helpful, calming, friendly and caring. He is a good guy! Made my experience better.

Having to get a tow is never a high point in anyone's day but it was a great experience. Steve was very helpful. He called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. Everything went smooth and I am grateful that my car made it to the shop!

Steve was wonderful. My Tesla hit a pot hole out in a rural area of Eastern Hillsborough County. CTS was there quickly and Steve had the car safely on the bed of the tow truck in no time. It was a very pleasant ride to the dealership, and Steve was an extremely professional, courteous young man throughout. If there was a rating higher than 5/5, he and CTS earned it. Strongly recommend.

Steve C really was excellent for the tow and the personal service was more than expected or usually received in these situations. Steve even took the time to show my son how everything on the truck worked as my son loves cars and trucks. Would highly recommend. Rates are on par with elsewhere as well. Waiting time was great to considering rush hour traffic in my area.

Steve was friendly and efficient today with the car. I enjoyed his personal relationship with my boyfriend and I, Steve was very understanding and quick with paper work and explaining what to do with our paperwork. Also my car was not in any damage and nothing was touched inside my vehicle. A bad situation but Steve made thing better with his performance and professional training.
