I was in a tight spot and he was the only tow company to even answer. He had great reviews on other platforms so I gave him a try. Mark got to me quickly, was super friendly, and gave helpful advice. Just start with him and don't waste your time trying to find someone else.

First time having to call a towing company. And spoke to Marco he said he was finishing up a job and would call back. He was true to his word and called me back right away. He gave me pricing which was very reasonable and how I could pay. Let me know the ETA on when he would get to me. At no point as a women did I feel awkward on the trip home. He was polite and enjoyed talking the way home. I highly recommend them and if by chance this happens again. I already know who I will be calling for my towing mishaps.

Mark came out and towed my flood cars away to see if my shop could save them. I have not seen a tow truck driver in a while that was so knowledgeable and professional. Very nice guy. 75 towing saved my butt when AAA said they would not come into a storm area to get my car, even though the streets are completely dry. I called up, Mark answered and told me not to worry. that he would see me in a few hours, and he did. Very careful with my cars, and made sure he got with the right guy at my shop. Mark got to me in the time he estimated (less than 30 minutes), helped me get to the dealership to diagnose my vehicle, and did it all with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.

This guy is terrific! Came to my rescue at midnight when I got stranded outside a vet ER and my car wouldn't start. Another patron tried to help with no success. This service was out in 15 minutes and had me up and running for what I felt was a reasonable cost given the hour. Thank you! Would call again. Wish he did St Pete as well!

Mark was absolutely amazing! We needed our car towed because we lost our keys, and he arrived super quick. He offered to give us a ride, and we had a great convo on our ride to the dealership. Very personable and friendly. He even gave us recommendations for restaurants around the area while we waited at the dealership. Just an overall great experience!

Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me on one of the crappiest days ever. After a different company misplaced my car, I was a mile away from it with the keys. Right after I got the notification that my driver was dispatched, Mark immediately called me to greet me, touch base and coordinate. Upon learning he needed my keys to tow my car, I said I have no transportation to it. He then offered to pick me up and take me there since I was just a mile from it. He did so, and with the most amazing, gracious attitude. Super cool guy too, and a great driver. After he loaded my car, he took it and me back home and put it right in my assigned parking space. Even asked if there were any rules about backing it into the space. In short, Mark completely saved the day when I was having an awful one and cheered me up, too. Plus, I got to ride in a big truck and I felt like a kid full of wonder hahaha, should you need your car towed, ask for him!!

Mark safely towed my wife’s 69 VW about 30 miles to a shop for repairs. If you need someone for a tow who makes sure every precaution is taken to protect your classic car investment, I would highly recommend this company!

I arranged a 85 mile tow with 727 Towing. Mark showed up EARLY and was very professional. He had the truck loaded up in no time and his rate was competitive with a few others. Not the absolute cheapest(but those companies seemed very sketchy). I was pleased with Mark/727 Towing and would definitely recommend and use him again !!
