Terrible service from the lady who attended me, a very bad face to treat the client and left me waiting there standing and went back for a long time. Otherwise all good.
My brother got in a small accident and needed to buy a new bumper, I was told about this place by a friend and it was absolutely amazing. The pricing blew me away. The staff was awesome, attentive,helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this business. I will be recommending them to everyone that needs body parts.
Mike at the counter was extremely nice. He was a huge fan of classic cars. I received the part next day. So it allowed me to serve my customers expectations and meet a deadline.
Outstanding service the manager Anthony always introduces new products they have available and the store is always stocked with whatever you may need. This week I purchased a Toyota color that seems to be a little bit of a problem and Anthony took a camera shot of the color and to be honest the color was spot on !! The crew he has seems to follow his lead and he’s not scared to get his hands dirty. I do my best to get there early because if not there is a wait. This store gets 5 star from me. Good leader lead well and that’s why APO is where it is…..
Great savings, friendly and helpful staff, BUT ohhh my god, one of the slowest places to check out from.
At best during peak times, with three customer counter reps working, you might get lucky and be in and out in 20 minutes.
But easily expect to wait standing for 30 minutes +.
The business is very clean and they're quite professional. The prices are a lot cheaper than the bigger parts stores. I will be purchasing from them again.
I looked for a fender liner for my wheel house and couldnt find one for my 2006 dodge grand caravan unless I paid hefty shipping prices and most of the places on cardashparts.com was overcharging for part. anyway.. I was turned on to APO. spoke to an awesome guy Vinny who saved me a bunch of money and had my part there for 18 dollars!!!! oh I wanted to hug him through the phone. THANK YOU APO.
I just stopped in to see about a bumper cover for my Crown Vic. Jose Rios was the counter person and he was pleasant and very helpful. While I didn't make a purchase that day, I was impressed with the facility and staff and will return.
I own a shop in Clearwater I called this place two time s to order a tailgate for my truck they told me they have it I told them I was going to pick it up at noon , soo I took time off work drove one hour to get there , then they tell me they don’t have it that no one put the order in and they don’t know who I talked to , very unprofessional and bad customer service , don’t buy from this place they will just waste your time and money
Our family business has used APO for some time and always had decent experiences .
However with the pandemic issue hold times got out of control which we understand.
Over the last two weeks I have been speaking to a new salesman..Chris.
He is as down to earth and honest as I've dealt with. Good attitude helps as well , so ii just wanted to give a shout out for great efforts!

Very affordable prices for your vehicles. Very professional & knowledgeable staff!! I love it inside but when u call to place an order they suck at the service and lies saying yes inside the building and NO when u call at the order part on the phone. They give u any excuse to get rid of u. I am done its more worthy convenience going to AutoZone they have free rewards for ur money here they do NOT offer NO rewards and satisfactory customers service!! NOT going back thats why i give 1 star lucky i give 1 star should get half of a star it really sucks for business!!! Sorry and I mistaken that I actually thought was a good place and its NOT!!! ???

Really nice staff. Had all the parts I needed for my 2004 mustang on hand. (Front Gt bumper,driver side mirror). Super quick. Even gave me a free shirt. Definitely will do business again.
The best price in body parts , 2 fenders, hood, 2 headlamps and front bumper brand new for $160.00. Great customer service! I will definitely recommend this place.
