Transcor is a great company, and a great group of people. Unlike other posts being negative, they answer and resolve customer needs with upfront and honest customer service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and prove that they know what they are talking about. It is always great to work with then, and to have them support my needs.
Good luck getting someone to answer a phone ! Each time I call your told to leave a message and they will return a call at there convenience. Or you can push a button instead if your looking for a particular person. Here is a novel idea , How about having a dedicated person answer the phones. I need a quote for 345 tons of gravel . Now since nobody there can answer the phones your competitor got my business!
