My wife’s car broke down in Lutz. I was all the across country for work. I called a few tow places around town and decided to go with U break I tow services. Louis showed up and delivered some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. He called my wife before arriving to see if she needed anything from the gas station, gave a fair price upfront, and didn’t charge a penny extra. He even checked the car himself, pinpointed the radiator issue, and helped us find an honest mechanic. Then he personally towed the car there. Luis is awesome! I had a very very bad day, I had surgery in Tampa, my friend & I drove down there. While I was in pre op my vehicles transmission went out with my friend driving so I was trying so so hard to try to arrange a tow or to try and get it fixed. Everyone I called told me weeks or they couldn't do it & I also was super low on funds because my surgery's co pay was $4K. Luis went and towed it to a shop for me and was able to get me a new transmission & gave my friend a ride back to the hospital so someone would be there with me. I was so so so so stressed out because I didn't know what to do and Iwas trapped 4 hours away from my house. I wouldn't have been able to survive without help from this man! I would recommend him.to anyone. He truly saved me!!

Absolutely amazing service. Had a car issue that made me feel as though it was unsafe to drive and could not find the issue. Called this company and Louis was able to pick up the car and drop it off at a local mechanic within 30 minutes. He kept clear communication with my father and I and gave us all the details needed to get the situation resolved. If you're in a tough spot with your car then I highly recommend calling Louis.

Car battery was dead due to not being driven for a couple months, they jumped me (twice) and checked on the health of my cars battery. Louis was easy to work with, polite, and all around a decent person who seemed to care about his customers and the work he does. Would absolutely use this company again.

when i called, he answered, ready to help. he asked me where i was and where i needed to go, and gave me a quote in under 5 minutes. after considering my options, i called him back and he told me he’d be there in 30 minutes. he got there in about 10 minutes less. he was nice and efficient.

After retrieving my vehicle, he even took the time to look at the engine with me to help identify any problems he saw and recommended what to have the mechanic focus on. I cannot begin to say enough fabulous things about Louis and his company. I live in Pinellas and was visiting a friend in Seminole Heights. It was dark when I left and I unknowingly drove over a low tree stump, which resulted in my transition fluid pouring out. I ended up stuck in the middle of a residential street with my gear shifter stuck, unable to move my car any further. Louis came to my rescue within about 15 minutes, was comforting and professional, and even sent me pictures of my car at the dealership in Clearwater to show he dropped it off.
