u-Break i-Tow in
Tampa (FL)

It didn't take long for the tow truck to arrive. Driver was very helpful and courteous. I definitely will use him again. It was a very good experience.

Please give this business a chance if you're in need of a tow or any of the other services that they offer. Louis was absolutely helpful, patient, and courteous every step of the way. He will work with you and is very reasonable in both price and temperament.

I will undoubtedly be reaching out in the future for any towing needs that I might have.

Thanks, Louis!

Louis was very knowledgeable and helpful, he kept me updated on his ETA and arrived exactly when he said he would, quick and a nice guy would recommend him to somebody else

I had an amazing experience with Louis when I needed my car towed early in the morning. He was super friendly, efficient, communicative, and sent photos to confirm his service. I will definitely be a returning customer if needed, and would recommend to others who need the service done. Thank you Louis!

Louis was very helpful and efficient in providing service and advice on what to do. They helped me with my first breakdown and I am thankful for their friendliness.

Louis is the man! He saved us. Prompt response and fairly priced! Our car got cooked on a middle of a highway, not only he came to tow us but also recommended a mechanic shop that fixed our car the same day. We are adding him to our vendor list! Thank you Louis.

My son needed an early morning tow. I called them based off their google reviews and they weren’t lying! Luis was fast and efficient. Great with communication throughout the service. We couldn’t wait for him to come tow so we left him the key and he updated us the entire time until the car was delivered to the repair shop. He was extremely fair on pricing and very informative. Amazing and friendly service!

Great experience. First time using a tow service and after hearing so many horror stories I expected the worst.
The driver was great and kept me updated on his arrival. Was conscious of my property and was just all around friendly.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Outstanding experience with U-Break I-Tow. Louis was extremely professional, prompt and used care when towing. My vehicle would not start and he tried helping me with some ideas even before coming out. It showed he actually cared and wasn’t just trying to get a tow. I highly recommend if you are in need of any their services.

Update: Louis suggested a phenomenal auto shop and vouched for their quickness and fairness. I went back the following morning and my vehicle was fixed with a fair and great price. I say again, if you ever find yourself in need of their services, don’t hesitate to call Louis and U-Break I-Tow. I fully recommend him.

Superb service. Luis is the BEST! He is a wizard with his wrecker. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and reasonable priced. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He will take very good care of you!!

Nicest human I’ve come across ever. Came supper fast and helped me with my car. Lives near me and didn’t have to tow so he didn’t charge me for the jump start. I will keep his contact for future use and definitely will refer his services to any and all.

If you need a tow, call this service!!!!

My wife’s car broke down in Lutz. I was all the across country for work. I called a few tow places around town and decided to go with U break I tow services. Louis showed up and delivered some of the best service we’ve ever experienced.

He called my wife before arriving to see if she needed anything from the gas station, gave a fair price upfront, and didn’t charge a penny extra. He even checked the car himself, pinpointed the radiator issue, and helped us find an honest mechanic. Then he personally towed the car there.

Louis is a true professional and an amazing human being — honest, kind, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend his towing service to anyone in the Tampa area.

Luis is awesome! I had a very very bad day, I had surgery in Tampa, my friend & I drove down there. While I was in pre op my vehicles transmission went out with my friend driving so I was trying so so hard to try to arrange a tow or to try and get it fixed. Everyone I called told me weeks or they couldn't do it & I also was super low on funds because my surgery's co pay was $4K. Luis went and towed it to a shop for me and was able to get me a new transmission & gave my friend a ride back to the hospital so someone would be there with me. I was so so so so stressed out because I didn't know what to do and Iwas trapped 4 hours away from my house. I wouldn't have been able to survive without help from this man! I would recommend him.to anyone. He truly saved me!!

Absolutely amazing service. Had a car issue that made me feel as though it was unsafe to drive and could not find the issue. Called this company and Louis was able to pick up the car and drop it off at a local mechanic within 30 minutes. He kept clear communication with my father and I and gave us all the details needed to get the situation resolved.

If you're in a tough spot with your car then I highly recommend calling Louis.

Absolute pleasure to conduct business with. Car broke down at the most inconvenient time in the most inconvenient location. Louis was able to respond super fast and even waited around for the Uber to arrive. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you again Louis.

Louis was really quick to respond. Arrived to where the truck was located, picked it up and dropped it off at the mechanic all in less than an hour. Also great customer service.

Car battery was dead due to not being driven for a couple months, they jumped me (twice) and checked on the health of my cars battery. Louis was easy to work with, polite, and all around a decent person who seemed to care about his customers and the work he does. Would absolutely use this company again.

when i called, he answered, ready to help. he asked me where i was and where i needed to go, and gave me a quote in under 5 minutes. after considering my options, i called him back and he told me he’d be there in 30 minutes. he got there in about 10 minutes less. he was nice and efficient.

Called for a tow after my car broke down on the interstate. Talked with Louis where I was immediately met with his friendly demeanor and empathy regarding the stressful situation I was in. After retrieving my vehicle, he even took the time to look at the engine with me to help identify any problems he saw and recommended what to have the mechanic focus on. Throughout my entire interaction with him from call to tow was nothing but a positive experience and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Highly recommend.

Had my car picked up, towed, and unloaded in less than an hour after I called, for a great price, too. Will use again if needed!

Talk about quick, professional, and fairly priced. I was so stressed about getting a tow during business hours. The call took less than five minutes and the car was towed within an hour! Impressive to say the least. My stress immediately subsided. What a great resource. My whole family will use them now! Thank you!!

Louis is the guy!!! Extremely nice, super efficient, you can tell he knows what he’s doing and he really cares about helping people. If I have any trouble again in the future I know who to call!

Louis was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, from picking up the car to bringing it back. Despite the challenging situation, he clearly explained everything and handled my car with great care. It was returned in perfect condition. I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable towing company.

I cannot begin to say enough fabulous things about Louis and his company. I live in Pinellas and was visiting a friend in Seminole Heights. It was dark when I left and I unknowingly drove over a low tree stump, which resulted in my transition fluid pouring out. I ended up stuck in the middle of a residential street with my gear shifter stuck, unable to move my car any further. Louis came to my rescue within about 15 minutes, was comforting and professional, and even sent me pictures of my car at the dealership in Clearwater to show he dropped it off. He’s a consummate professional and was pretty much my Christmas miracle

Louis, I want to thank you for the fantastic first-time experience. It was a great experience, you provided all the necessary details and the price was competitive. You were excellent in staying in touch throughout the shipping process. The car arrived in perfect condition and on schedule. The cost was low and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of vehicle shipping. I will definitely keep your information for future transport needs and will also recommend you to my friends and family.Thank you again

Louis is a pleasure to work with! He was very communicative and provided up front pricing. He was on time and took great care of my car.

My car required extra attention as it is lowered and has ground effects. He took his time and ensured that I was comfortable with the load and unload.

Also it helps that he has a great personality and genuinely a nice person that wants to help people.

Highly recommended! Thank you!

Tom
