I called to inquire about junking a vehicle about a week ago, the gentleman who answered had very low energy on the call and sounded almost annoyed that I was calling. He asked for photos of the vehicle, I immediately sent those photos and haven’t heard back since. I called again yesterday and let him know I sent the photos and never got a response and he let me know his secretary would be reaching out, again never received a response. Being this is a business one would expect a certain level of professionalism and a simple text or call back despite his nasty attitude would’ve sufficed.
Such an honest man and funny respectful and paid me cash at pick up was thorough with the process would recommend to people who need to sell your junk car fairly and fast.

The experience I had with Ray and this company was beyond exceptional. The whole process went very smoothly and received more for our Van than what I expected. He is honest, punctual and a true professional. Highly recommend!!!!
I called on Sunday and they scheduled to pick up the vehicle on Monday I told the person I was on the phone with the situation and I had no title and it was my boyfriends vehicle and he is in California working and will be for some time but I have his cell phone number and can get a hold of him along with his registration and ID .. he said he would schedule me for Monday we agreed on 2-3 pm well Monday came and no one showed up or called so I called 3 times no one answered and then the third time they answered but didn’t say anything it was so weird and I took off of work.. this was unprofessional if you couldn’t or wouldn’t want to take the car someone should have let me know. I am very upset.
