Purchased a transmission for my 1.6 Ford escape over a year ago with close to 100k miles and it is still running sharp to this day, these people know what they are selling and the older gentleman in the front desk is very knowledgeable about what he is selling and made me feel confident with purchasing from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts and their prices are always fair and competitive with other local auto part stores.
The greediest junk yard around. They sell inferior parts and don't accept returns. I work with a lot of junk yards, and I always find common ground with them. It's not about the money, but the principle. Instead of finding common language with your customers, you're so greedy that you're only offering a measly $75 refund. Read the reviews of your company— many people share my opinion.
Go any where but don't go here! All the recent reviews are true and seems like customer service and quality was also parted out. I went here looking for parts on a car that they have a photo of on the internet. The guy behind the counter entered several parts for that car. After going through the list they kept coming back they don't have it. Turns out they didn't even have the car there. One part they were able to match was hacked off, rusted and they were asking more than twice what other places offer. They don't speak english and in their language barrier told me to just go get it at the dealer. This place is nothing more than a low grade chop shop ran by incompetence as they don't know how to dismantle parts.
Agreed on a price over the phone. Drove 2 hours and when I got there said he never said that. Argued over DAMAGED parts. Say thank you I even bought your broken parts that should be trash. Hope it was worth the review buddy.
Called ahead of time for a ford transmission and ask them to check if they still have it and if is in good condition and they said it is on the shelf is good and ready to go. I drove an hour to go pick up the next day and they said , the transmission case is cracked "we can sell it for parts only". What a joke this place is. I have scratched them off my parts suppliers list.
I do not recommend buying anything on this site, the guarantee they give you is ridiculous, when you come back they start making excuses and everything to not accept that their piece is defective, and the staff is very rude and has no ethics, anyway if you want to end up scammed and on a bad day buy from these people
Bad experience.They told me and my mechanic by phone that they have the parts we need. When my husband got there driving more than 42 miles, they said No we do not have them, it was a mistake !!!!
The employees here knowingly sold me a broken condition it's clearly marked I called them the same day I bought it told him it was broke told them I wanted my money back they said fine after taking off work early today and leaving an hour and a half early but cost me $30 and drove all the way here they refused to give me my money
Horrible service! The sold me a bad Transmission and then immediately tried to weasel their way out of honoring the warranty. They cost me over $2000 putting their messed up transmission into my car. They also admitted to me over the phone that they do not check their parts to see if they work before selling them. I would give them no stars if I could.

Wrong! The terms of sale and warranty information states that the CVT Transmissions MUST use oil from the dealer’s Manufacturer Only and keep their receipt to honor the warrants. I have my receipt which also has the type of transmission fluid that was used along with the manufacturer number. I never said I didn’t have my receipt and I will be bringing to your office. Know your facts before your eager rebuttals Oscar.
The best customer service I ever experienced I came all the way from Orlando an they closed at 5 pm I dont know the name of the two ppl but they stayed an waiting on Me I got there round 5:20pm an like I said they close at 5pm they could of left but they knew I was coming from Orlando an they know how traffic stuck.Thanks To The Two Ppl the is a great asset to ocars used cars an why I gave them 5 stars

This place has been open the entire pandemic and has been in complaints with social distancing and mandatory mask use. Which makes feel very safe to do business there. They are very efficient, professional, & affordable.

Purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna transmission for $750 and was told it had 52k miles on it . Had it installed at a professional shop and had only lasted 5 months. Found out with google that the vin # the transmission came from actually had 189k miles not 51K !!!!!!! THIS IS FRAUD !!!!!!!! They refuse to give me any compensation even though I had to eat the labor for the installation too. They lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and didn't care what so ever, in fact she pretty much hung up on me. This is NOT how you do business especially in these time. I will be filing a complaint with the BFO and filing a case with Hillsborough county police department since I have records and receipts with vin # and mileage they gave me v's the google vin # and correct mileage of salvage auction sale. I will never do business with them again unless this is corrected in some way...

Purchased a steering wheel from them, and a small clip was damaged. These small clips, as any mechanic knows, should be handled with care upon removal. This one was completely damaged. I tried to explain this to the woman, who had broken English, and made every attempt to accuse me of breaking the clip. These clips are broken when being taken off, not when you put them on. She continued to accuse me of breaking the clip. So, I would advise you, if you shop with this business, make sure you don't get anything shipped that is wrong, broken, or simply doesn't work. Because the policy here, at this business, is to fight every customer so the customer returns nothing. Because she was very unprofessional, and disrespectful by telling me that it was my fault. Such a shame! Be very careful!
I'm the owner of an automotive shop and do regular calls to Oscar's. The staff is very courteous and helpful every time I call. The parts are good quality parts and they deliver them quickly. I highly recommend Oscar's!
The service was professional, speedy, and friendly. My part was waiting on me when I arrived and it was the right part in great condition. They also have a return policy that is 100%, without argument or complaints. They have a new customer for sure, Me.
The best autoparts!! You need to come, highly recommend. The lady in the front desk is so attentive, they will resolve your issue or they will fine a way also the men in charge I think is the owner he showed me options for me to get the best deal for me.
Horrible experiance would never refer anyone here. Sold me a ecm stating it was tested took it to have it programed to find out I wasted $130 on a bad ecm. Called to see if they could make it right told me my mechanic was wrong that it was a good ecm. Now I have a $130 paper weight.
