Zavatskiy auto took care my return when The transmission I received started slipping. He has lots of parts for all kinds of Mercedes old and new. Will definitely give him a call next time I need something.

Guy was selling a Mercedes rack and pinion for 800 online I asked him 775 and asked him a single question about the part. Owner got go upset about one question He changed the price to $1250!!! Purchased some control arms from these guys, one of them was damaged. Tried calling and texting, no answer. Called them from a different number and they picked up first ring. Guy was rude and very unprofessional and does not want to solve my issue. Save yourself a headache and don't spend your money here.
UPDATE: The owner of Zavatskiy Auto Parts called me back just to cuss me out. Safe to say the customer service is the worst i've ever seen. Will be reporting them to BBB.

Outstanding seller! Purchased a complete pano roof assembly including sunshade and headliner for a Mercedes R230 from them on Friday about 1 PM. They shipped this huge item from Florida to Ohio the same afternoon and it arrived in perfect condition on Sunday via FedEx ground. Expertly packaged and reasonably priced shipping cost. Bought a used auto part. It was defective. Never tested by the Seller. Granted, I figured this out after the 30 day warranty. Is this who you want to do business with? Certainly not me. I bought a $200.00 piece of junk. Buyer beware.
