Staff was friendly. It was my first time there and they took the time to explain how everything worked. The yard layout is easy to understand but if it’s your first time have the map on your phone (located on website) to help navigate. You simply pull what you need from the vehicle and pay at the counter. Will definitely come back.
To me is better than the other pull and pay. Other ones has some time auto parts prices or even you have to walk and pull the part charge you like they did the work. I hope this place keep the way they are right now and stay with the affordable prices. The only that is good here is they don't bring newer vehicle, recent years
Been here a few times now, 3 to be exact and everytime I have been pleased with the staff and the operation. Sometimes there is a line to get in and they work through it pretty quick. You'll never be waiting long or in the elements. The yard has a good inventory system that is accurate and you can use the kiosks inside to print out a list of what you're looking for on both vehicles and parts. Additionally, you can use their website and look at the same inventory as well as get alerts. I love alerts! While you're there on the Internet, be sure to sign up for their free VIP program to get coupons and to save on $1 your entry fee (it's normally $3 to get in) as well as get store credit on things you buy. Aaaaand, they save all your receipts online too! I hate looking for those things when returning cores. Oh, and it seems most cores can be returned in 30 days as opposed to some yards which have 3-7 days. Love it here! I just wish they weren't an hour away!
If you've been on the edge on if going to a pick yard is a do-able thing for you, just go. You'll usually find most of what you're looking at and can quit doing the eBay parts shop.
5/5 stars, will be back!
Found what we needed and got out of there in 30 minutes. Became a rewards member and my next two visits have no entrance fee. It is exactly what I needed and the replacement part worked great. They do have 30 day returns.... At least on the stereo/AC control I bought.
Spoke with Cari in Customer Service and can not say enough good things about her. She was so helpful and informative. Being new to the area she gave me some really insightful information. I have been trying to get help in this area and have ran into some really NOT so nice people. Thank you Cari.
great self-service yard. one of the best in Houston. prices are great, selection is great, and high quality. be sure to check their website to see what vehicles are available. also note the date it was dropped on the yard. the longer it's been there, the more likely it will be picked clean.
I was selling my Dodge Charger and scheduled a pickup with these guys. The driver (Anthony) called me 30 minutes ahead and also notified me 5 minutes before his arrival. The process was quick and easy. The driver was also very professional. I'd highly recommend using their services!
Linda Lopez is amazing. She was so helpful. Helped us with the paperwork and making sure we had everything needed. One of the best experiences I've ever had selling cars.
Thank you Linda Lopez

I recently went with my husband to look for a part for my car , I saw a girl smoking outside like how is that presentable? As a customer I would want to feel comfortable in an open environment. Overall I would give this place a 1.
With all these ridiculous prices for car parts every where I decided to go to the junk yard for some parts. This was the best decision I ever made! It's just like Pick-A-Part but a little more organized on the yard. They have a V. I. P. program that saves you a little money gain points and track your receipts. It cost $3 to get in per person and of course bring your own tools. I advise you to bring something to carry your parts unless its avery small item because it's long walk back to the building. They have a cart you can use to haul your parts around (gets heavy quick) that you pull off. When you leave out the building to access the the junk yard there's a map on the right hand side on the corner that was a little helpful area wise. The best to do is when you first come in the building there are computers where you can search for the vehicle your looking for. It will tell you what lane the car is located on. You can print the info but the lane won't be on the print! So I just took a pic with my phone and use that as a guide. They have signs for the rows but part of the signs are missing***Note** (look on the wrecked cars and there will be numbers on the cars wich is the row your on) This will save you a lot of time and frustration! The only thing I didn't like is that after you pulled your parts and head back to the building is to be greeted with a long checkout line outside in the heat 🥵. Hopefully it's not not raining! Last but not least the prices are decent and saved me a ton money on parts! Don't get caught up buying all those new parts!
I just go here with my boyfriend when he needs something, usually checks online first to see what he might find. All the prices are on their website and I'd recommend you look beforehand just because he's been charged the wrong part before (it was more expensive)
