We have gone through three iui’s all failed. We did ivf. We got pregnant & lost it. I am tired of it ending in disappointment. This has been a year long process. It was a complete waste of time. Doctors don’t care about you. They are just in it for the money. We can’t afford to do ivf again. This was our one & only shot which resulted in heartbreak. Why don’t doctors monitor people closer & really care about their patients? They should have monitored my wife closer with her having pcos & being high risk. We even told Dr. O about my wife having pcos they should have monitored her more closely but they didn’t. That just proves that you really are just a number to them & that as long as they make money. They really don’t care about as a patient they should have treated us differently. I figured this would have ended badly with the amount of eggs that we got. They were only able to retrieve five eggs & only one made it because we did PGta testing. We probably would have been better if we had not done the pgta testing might would have had better our odds. We probably should have just done a fresh transfer & transferred all the eggs. We might would have had better luck with it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about shady grove and this location. Dr. O is fantastic and thorough when explaining options and next steps, her bedside manner is so calming. The clinical staff as well as the front desk is the back bone of this practice and they could not be better. They start to recognize you and build a relationship and celebrate the wins with you. We were sad when we graduated from the clinic but would recommend and use again. Only giving 4/5 stars because the financial coordinator Anne is a nightmare. Not only is she rude and pushy she is terrible to communicate with and seems to not know anything about financials or insurance when that is her job title.

Trusting this clinic. Didn't need much health-wise until losing pregnancies, needing emergency surgery. This clinic came recommended by Wellspan. It's wild how modern healthcare systems operate. SGF York is run by kind, caring people. But honestly, it's scary trusting a painful and sometimes heartbreaking process to fast-paced, modern, assembly-line like systems. All health systems seem like this, Wellspan/UPMC. I travel to SGF offices in York, Towson, Rockville, and all have nice staff. Had just been used to family practices, talking to two or three people, and knowing exactly what's going on. No fault of healthcare workers, but it's different and can be stressful. You'll need faith and trust. Modern science is amazing and so are the doctors here.

This practice is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone who works there truly cares about the patients and is willing to help in anyway. I felt heard and part of the team when it came to making my own decision about what steps I wanted to take. 100% recommend seeing them for help.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. O and this office staff! They are all amazing ! Kayei, Emily, Autumn and Lindsay are wonderful! They have helped us on our second journey ! We are appreciative!

Dr O is an incredible human being . This experience would not have been what it was without her . She is my greatest blessing during this holiday season . From answering all my questions through all the ups and downs, to hugging me while I cried . I am so sad that she can not follow me through the rest of this adventure . She is truly the best Dr I have ever met and worked with . Thank you Dr O truly . You are a light and anyone who works with you is so lucky . My nurse Lindsey was so helpful . I swear I was the most high maintenance and anxious person ever and she was always so patient and so calm . She got right back to me , answered all my questions and normalized all of my fears . I am also so thankful for how calm and steady Autumn was. I was always a range of emotions getting my blood drawn and she was so kind and helpful . Kayci thank you for always being such a positive person at that front desk , it always put my mind at ease . And Emily thank you for your optimism and positive nature with all of the ups and downs . I truly had the best experience with all of the staff at the York office . This is such a lovely group of women , during a high stress time . So much gratitude for you all.

All the staff is very friendly and accommodating! This experience can be very overwhelming but Dr. Olchalski was very kind and took the time to explain the entire process in a way most anyone could understand. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

We just gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl and couldn’t have done it without SGF. Dr. O was absolutely amazing along with the rest of the team! We are so thankful.

The entire staff at this shady grove location is amazing. Dr. O was kind, understanding, and made sure you understood everything that was going on and that you felt comfortable. I never felt rushed when i was there. My nurse Hannah was very responsive and patient with any questions I had and got back to me almost right away every time. At the front desk Casey greeted me with a smile every visit and we'd chitchat while I was waiting. Amber always drew my blood and was also so kind. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable and like family. I will recommend shady grove to anybody having fertility issues and am so thankful I went with them for this stressful journey. My baby is due in April and it's all thanks to them!

They were all very supportive and kind throughout the entire process and I’m thankful for all their help. Thank you again for giving us the gift of having a second child.

The office is so new and pretty! It is always clean! The front desk receptionist, Kayci, is so sweet and friendly and always recognizes me! The girls that draw labs are excellent at what they do! Very thorough and never a long wait for your appointment! Dr ochalski and Hannah, the nurse, are phenomenal! Going through infertility and ivf is extremely hard but having these supportive people by your side make it easier!

Shady Grove, especially Lindsey and Dr. O are the best there is! Lindsey is always there when I need her. Our journey has not been easy but knowing that we have the support from our SG family makes it a little easier. I can’t say enough great things about our SG and our team!! You guys truly are the best!!

Dr. O, and my nurse Lindsey go ABOVE and beyond. We started with Shady Grove almost two years ago and throughout every process, Dr. O and nurse Lindsey , were there for us every step of the way. They took time out of their weekend to call me and make sure I was OK after surgeries, or call in medication for me, or just simply see how I was doing emotionally. Not a question goes unanswered not a call goes not returned. I cannot emphasize this enough, this process of starting a family is hard enough. Finding a care team like mine, where you aren't just a number; you're family, makes the WORLD of a difference. Doctor O & nurse linds are your people ?

The whole staff at Shady Grove York office have truly been amazing throughout my journey with Shady Grove! Dr. Ochalski goes above and beyond for her patients. The whole staff always took time to answer any questions for us and consistently checked in on us to see how we were doing. They never let my husband and I lose hope! We are finally expecting our little miracle, and we owe it all to Dr. Ochalski and the team at Shady Grove York Office.

I just love the York office! Casey always welcomes me with a smile and Autumn makes getting blood drawn a comfortable experience. I also can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ochalski. She’s kind, attentive, and is passionate about fulfilling our dream of bringing another baby into the world. If you are on the fence about Shady Grove…jump. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Ochalski and her entire staff have been so helpful and supportive throughout my fertility journey! From our initial consultation to treatment, the office has been incredibly informative. I only wish I contacted the office sooner.

This was my primary office for IVF. Everyone is absolutely wonderful, from the physician to the ultrasound tech to the receptionist. I really felt I had a team of people rooting for me and supporting me on this journey.

Dr. O is seriously the best doctor I’ve ever been to! She is the most kind, caring compassionate doctor. She truly wants to help and listens to all your concerns. She takes the time to explain things. She is just amazing! I highly highly recommend her!!

While we did the bulk of our treatment at the Lancaster office, we completed our fertility journey here because it's closer to our home. Great team, always made my husband and I feel welcome and cared about. Staff and the weekend nurse line are always quick to respond. We never felt we were rushed, we were always listened to and always given high quality professional care. Everyone from the front desk to nurses and doctors understands how difficult the process can be, and go above and beyond to create a positive environment for patients. We can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I have been here for multiple test and appointments, the staff never disappoints. They are so friendly and inviting, I've never had any issues with scheduling or testing, and they don't get upset about my millions of questions. I have terrible medical anxiety when it comes to bloodwork and tests, but they make it so stress free that I look forward to getting the test done and seeing the staff. I highly recommend this office and the staff here, even with it being one of the newer offices, they know what they are doing!
