If I could rate no star I would. Filled out an application, didn’t get a confirmation so I called. The person over the phone was very rude and hung up several times. Didn’t even run my credit yet and already bad service. I don’t like or appreciate the service and I wouldn’t want to do business with someone like that.
Do not buy a car from here I bought a vehicle here and in less then 9 months I was in the shop paying 1700 for repairs and then some! I had to junk the car within the first year. The women here was so nice to me though, and I trusted them to give myself and children a reliable transportation. I’m still without a vehicle that was in 2021 when I put my last into a vehicle. Hope others have had luck here
Florin is so unbelievably sweet and makes you feel like family. he’s very patient, personable, and kind, and made the process of buying my first used car rather enjoyable. the day I was set to take my Kia Soul home, we noticed the check engine light was on, and the owner promptly fixed it free of charge (he found out it was a crank sensor issue and bought and installed a new one) and dropped the car off at my house that same night.
I was car shopping, most cars have cracked or broken windshields. One day I was looking at one car, went in the next day and the price was raised by $500. Most cars do not have prices marked. Fishy.

Terrible place. Was gifted a car, just for the car to stall on me and my fiancé twice. He came to tow the car, but made my fiancé to drive the car, knowing these problems. He also didn’t believe me when I told him lights came on the dash. I told him to drive the car. After 30 mins of him not believing me, he finally towed it. Hundreds of dollars into fixing, it’s still giving me problems. Wouldn’t recommend. Unprofessional.

Junk cars, shady business practices and thinks his cars are worth book value despite being reconstructed titles. He also doesn't even tell you they're reconstructed unless you inquire. Bought a car from him in the fall of last year for $5,700 and it has broken down 4 times and it now no longer runs at all. I've bought used cars all my life and have never had these kind of issues. Any used car without a warranty is a gamble, but his vehicles aren't worth the gamble. He knew this car was throwing check engine codes before it was sold. We know this because we had it scanned at Mazda and saw the previously cleared codes before we bought it. Mazda had to go behind him and fixed what he didn't properly fix and despite their best efforts, they still couldn't get the car up. Do yourself a favor and buy something from a dealer with a warranty.
I was trick in to buying a car with a salvage title. They took advantage of my needs for a car to go to work which is a 160 miles trip twice a week, and at a time when cars were very expensive. I went asking question to a tag and title place in the York area when I was, by accident introduced to the owners of this place. He gave me a business car and calmed me down by telling me that it wasn't that bad and that he would guide me. And he indeed did just that and even though he was so busy with customer that were making him more money, he took the time to helped me. Thank you so very Florin.
Bought my first car a few years ago. It was a R title and he told me right away. It was a 2009 mazda3. I was able to knock the price down a little, test drove it and decided to take a chance. About 3 years later it hasn't given me any major problems, really no problems at all. I would buy another car from here.

I recommend f and a auto of York worked with us and got a descent car for the price!! ... the paper work took long because he had other people coming looking and helping them!! But other then that I recommend!! And all the car's have reconstructed titles but only for minor things that he fixes for you!!
Sold a previously totaled car without notifying buyer, very shady. I would advise staying away. He is still selling it right now, it's a Nissan Rouge for 5900. Buyer beware, spend you hard earned money elsewhere.

Wonderful people. Wonder experience buying a car here. 100 percent honest and fantastic customer service. Been buying cars through large dealers since I could but so much better dealing with a small shop and someone who takes care of their customers. Will be going back here again.

Would recommend totalled my car I bought to find it had a previous total accident that he probably "forgot about" that should have lowered the cars base price by at least 20%. Hope you enjoy being the stereotypical used car dealer.
Good company with good morals. My family and I have purchased several cars from F&A. We know we're getting the best deals, honest reports and quality service. Excellent, honest car dealership without the "shoving sales down your throat" experience. I wouldn't get my car anywhere else!
