Five stars is not enough. A driver saw me struggling with a flat tire and stopped to help without being called. He changed it quickly and made sure I was okay before heading out. Pure kindness and professionalism. I am incredibly thankful.
They were great to work with! I called about an unknown car in my driveway. Despite the later hour, Will responded quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just seems like an all-around great guy. I really appreciate the time and effort to make sure the situation was handled properly. 100% recommend them.

Hi. My name is Michelle Biedenbach . I would like to start by saying I would absolutely recommend this company, RMP Towing to anyone. . My experience was on Thursday night, December 18, 2025. I was on my way home from a long day at work and an event to celebrate Christmas right after work. It was lare. I had a couple of stops to make, I made my stops, and then I was on my way home. While on the last leg of my journey home, I came to a stoplight. When I applied the brakes and came to a stop, my vehicle shut down completely. I mean completely shut off. It was black. There was absolutely no power to this vehicle at all. Not even enough for hazard lights. I called my insurance company and was patched through to RMP towing. I ended up being very glad that was who I was patched through to. It was pouring rain outside. A very kind lady named Jennifer stopped behind me and sat there with me with her hazard lights on because I was sitting in the middle of the intersection. RMP was there within about a half hour of being called. I thought was pretty good. The owner of the company made short order of getting my Jeep on the bed of the truck and getting going. I had him tow it back to my house. My friend showed up. I rode with her. We got back to the house. . The Jeep had no power so it wouldn’t roll off of the bed of the truck. This gentleman, had it completely under control and literally kind of bounced it down off of the truck, using the levers for the bed of the truck, onto the driveway. It was pretty cool. Interestingly, during this bouncing, the lights came on in the vehicle! Much to my surprise! The gentleman being a mechanic also, gave me an idea of what it was. We verified it was exactly what he thought it was, and I was able to be back on the road the next morning for work. One heck of a nice guy! I feel it went above and beyond even giving me the suggestions that he gave me about the vehicle. He only did it because he’s a kind person. I enjoyed meeting him. I enjoyed hearing his story. This company means a whole lot to him, and there is a story behind that. It’s not my story to share so I won’t. However, I will say, that if I ever need a tow again, I know exactly who I’m calling. Again, I can’t think this gentleman enough for his courtesy, professionalism, concern for safety, and just being a decent human being.

BIG shoutout to RMP Towing today. I recently had my car totaled, and it was released before I was able to get my stuff out of it from the collision center. I showed up literally five minutes after it was towed away, and I panicked because I needed to get all of my books and comicon equipment out of it. Luckily, the tow truck people were willing to stop at a gas station and let me come get my stuff out. They were very helpful and I gave them a free autographed book as a thank you. Distracted moms multitasking on rainy nights, take heart! If you should find yourself neglecting to see a jutting out curb and end up with not one, but two flat tires, Will at RMP will cover all your needs from towing (even after 9 PM!) to repairs (see photos). As can be seen by the images, not only did I shred my tires but the damage to the wheel was considerable. The accident took place on a Tuesday evening and repairs were completed within a week. Throughout the process, Will and Darlene were very communicative, updating me on the progress and responded to all my questions with outstanding knowledge and courtesy. RMP truly went above and beyond, far exceeding my expectations when I first reached out for aid when stranded (with my 3 kids!) and 2 flat tires. When picking up my car, I noticed immediately how smoothly the car drives- even better now than before the accident! Suffice it to say, if you find yourself in need of towing and auto repair, rest assured, you will be in good hands at RMP.
