EXCELLENT SERVICE from this store from purchase to installation of an Automobile Battery by JASON! I am a retired Auto Center Manager of over 30 years and would have loved to have had Jason as an employee!

Lawn & garden battery was barely charged and it was made in Vietnam, had I known this I would have gone elsewhere.

Recently placed an order online. Planned to pick up later in the week but got ill. Called and explained why I wasn't able to get in. They were very polite, said it is okay, the order will be there whenever I can get in to pick it up. Very nice people who understand the value of customer service. I recommend this store whenever I have the opportunity. Will continue to use their services.

Most respectful and polite staff I’ve come across, maybe ever. Evan, Kelsey, everyone there makes you feel valued. I had a service performed by Batteries Plus, and unfortunately there was an issue. They gave me absolutely no hassle about making it right. I called and spoke to Evan—he escalated my issue and promised he’d get an answer and call me back same day. And he did! I didn’t have to follow up on my own or explain my problem to multiple people or deal with attitude. They stood behind their work and followed through. I’m not sure I’ve experienced such great customer service in a decade or two. As a customer in today’s world, you almost forget what it’s like to feel like your business is valued and appreciated. I really appreciate this company and staff. Highly recommend and will do business with in the future—for sure.

I needed my screen replaced on my Samsung phone and I talked to Evan and he had one in stock but thought it might be defective so he ordered another one for me. Great service. I dropped it off and they had it done later that day. This is the second time I had them work on my phone. Very good service and good people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I went in for a new battery but ended up having the worst case of corrosion. They had to replace the terminal connectors. The whole way down to the wires. They were able to figure it out and fix everything for me. Saved me the headache of having to go to the mechanic. They were very positive and friendly. The whole time even though it was very frustrating. They seen the problem as more of a challenge than a headache. And I am very grateful for their help. The best part is they are now family owned!!!

I needed a battery replaced for my motorcycle. The first service employee was busy with a shopper. A second service employee walked out and immediately found the battery I needed...fully charged. The whole transaction took less than 3 minutes. Very impressive.

The Batteries Plus on Loucks Road in York has excellent customer service. We went there after being told they have more capabilities than the location in Camp Hill for a phone repair. While they were unable to do the repair, they took the time to explain what was going on and gave suggestions on next steps, which was very helpful. I would recommend this location.

WHAT EVER YOU DO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! I bought my wife A brand new battery April of this year, which is about six months ago she woke up yesterday and her car was completely dead and would not start. We had to get it towed to the shop because it would not take a jump start either .. The auto garage we Had it towed to it to recharge D the battery for us but told us it would not hold a charge to go back to the place we bought the battery from since it was under warranty , I went to battery plus and explained to them the situation and showed them all the initial paperwork from the auto mechanic that the battery is dead the test and everything . But they told me since it’s wasn’t dead when I got there they can’t replace it .. what a joke and waste of money .. thank god for Witmer Automotive LLC I went back there and they got me back in and put a new one in for me ..

Searching and pricing out a battery for a 2014 Nissan Juke brought me to BatteriesPlus! I called in advance to confirm that they had a battery that would fit the Juke and the nicest man answered the phone! I asked him about the battery and availability. The young man went out of his way to look and assure me they, not only had the correct battery, but also gave me price options! There was also a young lady who was very helpful as well and educated us on batteries, the different makes, etc. We left with a brand new Juke battery, installed for free! They offered to take the old battery but my daughter wanted to keep it. I highly recommend BatteriesPlus as they were nice, polite, professional and helpful! I will definitely return for all of my battery needs! Thank you, you got me at “soooo nice on the phone”! Very pleasant experience!!

Overpriced ! Spent 150 for a "good" battery for our Polaris side by side, degraded after 14 months with a one year warranty. I may as well go back to the 50$ batteries that always last one season. We trickle charge it also as they recommend.

Today I bought two batteries for 2 AirTags. It took the fella less than 30 seconds to pop the backs off and put in the two new batteries. When I went to check out, I found out he charged me $10 apiece for his 30 seconds of work. Had I known that I would've bought the batteries and taken them home and had my child put them in. If you're going to do a surcharge, let people know in advance. That's ridiculous and I'm not a very happy customer right now. We'll see if the Company cares and decides to reply to my concern

Took my iPhone 7 in for new battery. Had it done within half hour only 55 if you book online. What a deal. The man that did it was professional you could tell he knew what he was doing. Phone like brand new again

The customer service was unbelievable!!! Even at 20 minutes to closing the guys that were manning the store were top notch. Didn't rush and helped us with our batteries purchase. It's hard to find primo customer service anymore but this place has it. Thanks again guys yall are awesomeness x100

Batteries Plus sells quality products and the employees at this location have always been very helpful. I’ve been going to this place for years and everyone I’ve referred has also had positive experience. My car battery couldn’t handle the recent cold weather and I needed to replace right away. Replacing the battery in this car is a pain in the neck. They had a replacement battery in stock and installed for me on the spot in the cold and blowing snow. I called ahead to see if they had the battery in stock. Service is top notch all around.

The employees that I had the pleasure of talking with today were beyond helpful. Some of the nicest people I have ever met, to be honest! I couldn’t recommend this business enough. I was so impressed with their helpfulness, kindness, and knowledge. I would recommend them and go back to them 100%.

They were very friendly and accommodating regarding payment options and what they would do. They did a phenomenal job repairing my phone at a price significantly better than any other in York. I have already recommended multiple friends to their services and though I hope nothing else I have will break, I will definitely go to them for future help. Amazing amazing job

I made an appointment online beforehand. The staff was friendly and easy to work with! They were training a new member and I appreciated their patience with him and watching him learn. My phone screen repair was done in 45 min (as they projected), and my phone was good as new. They even put on a new screen protector that I bought elsewhere. Much appreciated!

Absolutely outstanding. Best prices by far, and the staff at the York store were awesome. I arrived late (due to the dead battery) - but they made sure I got taken care of and safely able to be on my way before declaring the job done. I will definitely be returning with my other vehicle when it's time for another new battery.
