I sold my car to Sy-heed Johnson Branch Manager - We Buy Any Car York. It was a simple process, friendly and no pressure. Sy-heed met us on arrival to our appointment. He evaluated the car and we went on a short test drive. We went over my old 2010 Subaru Outback with 203000 miles on it. He offered me an amount less than the online quote. We countered and he cut me a check and we transfered the title. The amount was the amount. The fees etc were taken out prior the final agreed amount. The whole process was about an hour. But we chatted alot about life and family. Sy-heed is a great guy and buying my Subaru with 203000 miles showed me they would by any car. It was an easy process and saved me time and headaches with selling it elsewhere. 5 stars.

The agent was very courteous and respectful He did a very thorough job evaluating my vehicle I thought the initial offer was acceptable BUT I was aware that there would be a fee of $100-250.00 depending on what he found The offer was dropped from $1105 to $500 which was not acceptable. It was as though I had to pay to repair any “defect” in the car which WE BUY ANY CAR WAS NOT GOING TO FIX ANYWAY, and anyone buying a 20 year old car would expect it would have some scratches and minor dents anyway We ultimately came to an amount that I would take.($900) I would do this again if needed and expect a low ball offer. The issue was not the agent it was the drop in the offer that I found unacceptable. The offer comes from the company,not the agent. All in all it was finally ok

I have sold 3 cars here. They are fair and the manager who I have always dealt with, Sy-heed has always been up front and honest and professional. The valuations are just an estimate of what you could get so don’t go in expecting that at least in my case anyway but I think they are fair and I have never had any issues and have always been seen on time with my appointments.
