**Veteran Friendly Business** I had such a good customer service experience speaking with Michelle and Carrie about options for new tires. They made it a point that I knew about a rebate that was offered by the manufacturer of my tires and made sure I had all the required information to receive that rebate. Because of the outstanding and polite customer service we decided to add on our inspection and emissions testing, as well as an oil change. You can tell that their mechanics know their stuff within a short conversation with them. Something that truly stood out was they gave us a 10% veteran/military discount for my husband's retired military status. I highly recommend Louie's Auto Service and plan to continue giving my business to them.
I waited for over an hour for an Oil change and the Oil change cost me 183.00 the most I have ever paid for in my life of owning cars. Please find some where else to spend your money and your time.
Went into the store to get help with a flat tire on a rental. I had already changed and put the spare in. The lady at the front desk called the technician. He said I would need a new tire given the damage. I told them that I was enroute somewhere and needed to go now, so couldn't wait to get it done. They were still super helpful and gave me tips on driving with the spare. The technician tucked away the damaged tire in the undercarriage of the car, checked the tire pressure on the spare and the owner came around to check up and see if I need anything else. I asked them if I owed them anything and the technician refused graciously. 5-star experience! Thanks Louie's Auto Service!
Louie's was amazing, coming to our rescue yesterday at practically the last minute (poor guy was on his way home and was called back)! We were left completely hanging by another tow truck company and needed to get my car to the dealership all the way in Mechanicsburg before they closed! Fast, friendly and amazing! And funny enough, the guy who towed my car also had picked up my daughters car for salvage after she was in an accident! Should we ever need tow service again, Louie's will be our first call! 💜💜💜
When all the other tow companies failed Louie’s came to the rescue. When we called they showed up within 20 minutes and got us to where we had to be with a reasonable price and great customer service. we really appreciate the great service. They will have our support and business from here on out
No good! My car was towed there and was there for two days and they charged me double the price and other extra charges they rob you without thinking it twice and the person who works there has no ethics at all.😡😡😡😡😡
Terrible Customer Service. The lady behind the phone for one is probably the worst person you could possibly communicate with due to her attitude and lack of enthusiasm, TWO they will overcharge you with ridiculous prices to even get your car back. This company is a joke.
My ex roommate crashed his car I sold him the trouble is he took my license plate, I have the plate registration I contact these people and they telling me the plate belongs to the person who took my plate in the first place, we aren’t married we are not related and you can’t transfer a plate from one person too another all I would
Like to do is surrender my plate to penndot I have proof and what I am trying to understand is they can really just let my stolen plate drive away, I am livid and this is unbelievable. I’ll be in touch
The staff is amazing Stevie gorge and Michelle and the owner Louie are awesome good prices very reliable towing service and repair shop I got stuck on the road they were there in minutes got my car all fix up I was back on the road within a few hours thanks guy for your service 😀
Very dependable business. I'm a driver for a local business and we use Louie's for all our vehicle needs. They always do a great job and your always met with a smile in the front office from the lovely ladies that work there.
They were very polite however I feel like it along with all tow yards are way to expensive like who has 30 dollars a day then after 10 days 50 do dollars a day not to mention your car was just totaled but hey guess everyone gotta make their money.
My car was towed here while I was unaware. When I called, a lady answered and told me that if I didn't pick it up by the next day, she would take me to court. She got into a big attitude with me and emphasized to me that the court "WILL prosecute". A business that threatens you over the phone when you're just inquiring about your car is NOT a professional one.
They tow my suv and the drive kept the key and they told the auto shop that I was going to bring the key in a hour wicth was a lie because they never talked to me about this would not use them again
My vehicle was towed to this tow yard after an accident. The lady office clerk was nice. The young man from the yard was so kind. He was helping me unload my belongings while asking questions about the accident. He was polite enough to ask first if I would mind him inquiring. It helped me come to grip with the situation. I wish I would have got his name so that his employer could pat him on the back and tell him good job. I sure appreciated him.
Terrible customer service and outrageously overcharged me. The said they would have my car in on a Wednesday when I called on a Monday, ok great so Friday comes they said my brand new battery was no good, mind you I had told them that the ground wire was rigged so it may need to be adjusted, they proceeded (after being in business for 30 years) to try and charge the battery with a bad ground for Days!! This was laughable but I entertained the idea and took it in to advance auto parts, immediately the battery was deemed good to go. So I went back and low and behold they were fixing the ground wire, they charged me $96 for 10 minutes of labor, I guess they did that out of spite for not being able to hustle a new battery out of me, time to retire Louie you’re losing g your touch, will never go back or recommend this garage to anyone.
The only sense of urgency these people have is to take your money. If you have all day to wait for them to decide if your money is even important enough to them, then be my guest.
The only place I trust in York for my three vehicles. They have always been Fair and upfront with all my needs whether it be mechanical or inspection. The girls at the front desk are great
employees were uninterested when I dropped a tire off for a plug. had to plead a case for the plug because they were on "break". you provide a service.... dropped it in the bay and not a single soul acknowledged anything happened. they prove it's not a service it's a on their time. go to a1 if you want service and great prices.
Absolutely the best towing company in york county, the gentleman that towed my car was amazing! He got me off the busy highway within minutes of calling. I wouldn't call anyone else! I honestly wouldn't worry about the negative reviews. Have to understand they impound cars for the police. So I'd imagine most of the negative reviews are people mad because they can't follow the laws and need someone else to blame. Either way, they are amazing in there!
This place is run by thevies. They are rude and inconsiderate and liars. I had my car tow to them which they never gave a price or contacted me after it was towed there. Then my car had to be taken to a junk yard which on Fri they told me the tow to Baughman would be of no charge then comes Mon and I was charged for them to tow it or I had to have another tow company come get the car from them. The prices are unreasonable and they are extremely rude. They were more concerned about going to Jackie B then they were about there customer. Giving them a one is overrated. They deserve a -5 stars. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I'll push the car down the road before I ever get these theives to tow anything for me again.

Had a vehicle towed here because it was broken down in traffic. They parked it in overnight without an explanation, and would not give me the keys to it even after I paid. They made me wait until the AAA tow truck driver arrived, and they gave him the keys. They were incredibly rude and inconsiderate.
We had a special request job moving a piece of medical equipment, and not only was their dispatcher and driver very friendly and professional, they did a great job and went above and beyond our requests. And then the price was as fair as you'll find. Thank you Louie's-- we'll definitely call you again if we have needs in your region.
