The first auto repair place where I know the price I'm getting is more than fair everytime. Josh and Kendra are both very kind and knowledgeable! Definitely reccomend you take your vehicle here for any of its needs.
On a recent visit to PA, my Nissan Armada let me sit. Fortunately, my parents use Skyline and have had previous great experiences. They worked me in with no notice and got the repair completed so I could make it to my next stop in SC on schedule. They did a great job and saved the day! I can't thank them enough and appreciate the quality work and exceptional service they provided.
I drove from Florida to PA due to the death of my father. When I got to PA, my check engine light came on. My brother said he and my dad took there cars to Skyline. With one phone call Kendra got me in without an appointment, and they took care of the issue. When the light came back on a few days later, they got me back in immediatly and went above and beyond to make sure I made the 1000 mile drive back to Florida with no issues. Amazingly, Kendra called me to make sure I made it home ok. I've never had that kind of service from any garage, anywhere, ever. First, I wish I could give more than 5 stars and second, I with they were here in Florida.

I took my car to this place for a manual transmission issue. While it was there I asked them to do the state inspection. They had my car for two weeks. Never called me once to let me know anything. I even left them a message. Asking them to call with the cost for the inspection. Once they finally did call. It was to let me know the inspection was done. When I picked it up. I walked into a 700 dollar bill for an inspection. Never had one that high in my entire life. If you want a garage the does the work in a timely manner and knows how to communicate. I would not recommend this place.
All you need in a mechanic is here. They listen to the customer, make sure you know whats going on and proved its not all about the money. My experience here is going to be a customer for life!
I want to start by saying work was done well and People are beyond friendly. But this experience was shady and I think others should hear it. I have a used f-150 that was previously used for 5th wheel towing. The break controller had been removed but Everything else intact. My wife Was quoted $100 for the controller plus labor which was quoted $100 also to have the trailer brake controller installed. She told them I needed it done by the following Saturday to pick up a camper. They Got it in the Wednesday before. On the day of installation She called to check progress and “they were just taking it into the garage.” She was then told the part price was increased to $300 and the new total cost would be $535. After complaining hey took off $75. My wife paid and I just assumed they couldn’t get a cheaper one so it would be a better controller for that price. NOPE. It was literally the cheapest and most basic available. I Looked the controller up online and no where has it for over $120. Most places are $70-$100. I believe they took advantage of her and the fact that we needed done ASAP. I’ve called and talked to Josh who assured me he would make things right and he would contact me back after talking to the parts person. That was about a week ago and he hasn’t returned my follow up calls. If you don’t know your part/repair prices, Don’t waste your time. Find a more Reputable establishment.
Josh and Kendra are great to work with! I was referred to them for my box truck. I stopped by, and Josh looked at the issue I had and ordered the part I needed. It came in the next day, and he installed it for me and took care of my truck! That's great customer service! Thanks, Josh and Kendra! I highly recommend this place for outstanding service!
Me and my family have been going hear for many of years and they are always good to us they tell you up front what the problems are and they fix it if they can't or they will tell you it's not worth fixing. They are awesome people and recommended coming hear for your next car needs

Extremely reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. Kendra and Josh went above and beyond when we had a miscommunication regarding when I could pick up my vehicle, and because of that they took their own time to drive my vehicle to my house. They went above and beyond to help me out and I greatly appreciate them!

This family business is just that....people who make their customers feel like family. Sometimes it is hard to know if people are out to just take your money but Skyline won't do that. They always have more than enough to do, but they will take the time to converse with you and still make sure your safety on the road is their main concern. No doubts here :)
This is probably the most honest shop I e ever been to. Had a good neighbor refer Skyline to us and I couldn’t be more grateful. Family run and they care about the customer more than anything. Will always go back.
They are honest and very reasonably priced. They take the time to fully explain options for your maintenance needs of your vehicle. I have all three of my vehicles serviced there.
Skyline drive automotive was absolutely wonderful ! Everyone there is extremely nice and honest . They were straight with me about everything without trying to add extra stuff to rack up my bill I would recommend them to anybody! I wound my garage I’m using for now on. Give them a try you won’t regret it
Owners are very friendly and honest. Prices are average and work is done quickly. I will be using this garage in the future. They will even offer to give you a ride when your vehicle is ready.
Excellent service! My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for years; since Skyline was recommended to us by my uncle who is a retired auto mechanic. Pricing is fair and assessments are honest. They have never suggested repairs that were not necessary, and they have always called me with estimates before completing repairs. The staff is friendly, courteous, and trustworthy.
I am not sure why the previous person wrote a bad review. This automotive garage has been around for a long time and their service is above the normal standards. I would not go anywhere else when I need work done. . Excellent, Reliable , Honest service.
