Should give 0 Stars employees are ignorant instead of handing my wife the change back IT placed her change on the counter. Then wanted to laugh and make jokes when she picked up half the money on the counter as the change was sticking to the counter

Service was great. Need to rethink the entrance. Kinda hard to enter/exit from the main road.

Tonight I was at the west market street store as a customer and I overheard Amanda from this store disrespecting a lady behind the counter. She was belligerent when asking for propane tanks the system said they had, telling the lady she needed to look harder after she had run all over the store looking for said tanks and only fou d 1 of the 2 she was asking for. I have had nothing but attitude from the female manager and now I hear this Amanda girl acting the same way. Neither 1 should be working in customer service. I will NEVER return to this location and as a manager at 1 of your other stores I would NEVER talk to a customer or fellow employee like that! I was irrate and disgusted with the way she was talking.

While on a call with Amanda she was rude and condescending to my intelligence. Truly some employees bring down a whole store and work environment. this employee needs to be retrained in customer service and etiquette.

Nobody seems like they want to be there, especially one girl who seemed to have the worst attitude. No customer service skills just in their own world

Eric was very helpful in selling us strong tape for minor car repair. Lent us heavy duty scissors as we taped up, and went safely on our way.

The worker said he was not allowed to help us put oil in the car, but he did offer to give us paper towels for our hands.

I called and asked if they had sure bit 6in tweezer plier and they said yes. I called first because gas is not cheap and i didnt want to waste my time as well. I get there and they didnt even have them. They person i spoke with didnt even listen to what i was even asking for. Just said yes

My buddy a first time car owner needed some help with things. Eric went above and beyond to take a look at my buddy's problems. He offered great advice. He recommended products to help cars longevity and bundles that saved money. Thanks Eric will definitely be coming back!

First time shopper at Auto Zone. Over the years (decades to be honest), I've become pretty handy around the house, and a self-taught accomplished cook, but . . . have never tackled trying to do some quick and easy auto maintenance - until today. All I needed was some replacement wiper blades and a cabin air filter, which I could have gotten "anywhere". I chose Auto Zone on my son-in-law's recommendation. I can't speak to the "value", as I wasn't gonna burn the time comparison shopping for a few relatively low-cost items, but the selection of what I needed was, well, almost overwhelming. It was the service provided by the young lady ("J") that compelled me to post a review. She was VERY helpful and friendly, and her knowledge re. the items was impressive. In today's world, there are so many options available as to where you can shop; for me, I will be a repeat buyer at those that provide EXCELLENT service to their customers; as such, thanks to "J", next auto-related item that I need will be bought from AZ - this store in particular. Kudos "J"!!

What lifesavers! My 4 year old battery finally gave and I needed a new one. Once I got a jump start and got there, the staff was able to help me buy a new one with a 3 yr warranty. They helped me by taking the old one out and installing the new one. The guy was friendly and gave my daughter a lolly while we waited!

The gentleman that helped install my headlight bulb were truly amazing and really helpful.

Took my son's car here to get a new battery replacement because his had died. Man in the store said they couldn't do it. He appeared to not want to be bothered. This was 2/16/24 at 7pm

I want to give a shout-out to TJ. I had purchased a defective battery and 2 months later my truck wouldn't start. I got the truck to AutoZone and TJ personally did a battery test and swapped out my battery within 15 minutes. Very professional service.

I was in and this cute worker named Crawford really helped me out. Give him a raise asap!

Yooooo, I ordered an OBD2 code reader and picked it up in store. Manager walks by as I'm being assisted and states, "u can't return that once you use it." To which I reply, "is it brand new(questioning the obviously previously opened box)." He lies(in a pathetic attempt to try and make a sale) and says, "yes." I walk to my car, open the package and see no new film on the screen to peel off, no fresh smelling plastic, no plastic bags of any sort. Just thrown in the box with warranty info. I walked in and one of his minions tried to one last effort at a sale by attempting to get me do a warranty swap. No thank you, I'll take my refund. Not cool, very dishonest. Bad look for AutoZone.

The AutoZoner that assisted me was very polite and patient. I originally went to the store for a gasket but decided to get other needed stuff for my vehicle while I was there. She made it a little better when the total came around by helping me with my bags. A+ service!

Store layout is good and employees helpful. Masks and social distancing are much better than their competitor across the street. Prices lower too!

The store clerk was courteous and detailed about the products I had questions about. All my questions were answered and my transaction was smooth.

I had went too this location and delt with kyle and he was very helpful and respectful with my purchase along with getting me in and out with no problems and quickly.

The store is clean and fresh Lots of things in stock. I like how they will come out to your car to check things and even install a few things. They have a friendly staff and keep good stock. We went for a battery and they did have it and would install it. It was quite a bit more expensive than the other place so we ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Ive been going to this autozone for all of my vehicles needs, ive been slowly doing quiet a bit of work on my audi. All of their sales reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and last but not least respectful.
