Bait & Switch discount tactics (SEE UPDATE BELOW, it got even worse!) are used here and it’s dishonest and unethical. I had an online “promotion” for an oil change. With the promotion, I got $35 off. Unfortunately, they changed me $40 more than any other shop in the area for an oil change, so in the end, I ended up paying more for the oil change. The Meineke shop around the corner has a deal for near half of what I paid Firestone. Meineke was booked and I was on a tight schedule so I figured to give Firestone a try. Never again!!! I hope it was worth it Firestone. You’ll never get my business again and potentially many more who read my review. UPDATE: The day after my oil change from Firestone, I noticed oil stains on my driveway. I had to take my car to another shop for further evaluation. It was determined that the Firestone Tech. spilled oil all down my engine when refilling with new oil. It was further determined that the tech. made little to no effort to clean the spilled oil off my engine. Fortunately, it’s still winter cold out, I caught it early and my engine didn’t catch fire. Unfortunately, I had to pay another shop for the evaluation and engine cleaning. I wouldn’t take my bicycle to this Firestone location let alone my automobile.
Ms. Christina Machuca was great. She was very knowledgeable about ur business as well as heard what my needs was. Thank you for her! I will let my childcare business know how polite and courteous your business have treated me and my daycare center. I have 3-12 passenger vans and 2 small vans that I will bring to Firestone. I was really moved on her Christina machuca knowleddhe of Firestone.
Been a regular here at Firestone York for many years. Always helpful and friendly. I know just what I am paying for every visit, no surprises. Mechanics are knowledgeable and explain the work to you.
I had a nail and slow leak in my kia sorento! Bob was amazing and got my an appointment for after work. Very accommodating and always helpful. Been coming here for 6 years. Will recommend to anyone

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop.
Save your time and money and pick somewhere else.
Their technicians and front desk person refused to install my tires that I purchased from Tire Rack (their partner and affiliate).
Once I received confirmation from tire rack and my cars owners manual that the tires would fit.
They told me they would scratch my new rims if they installed them…
This was on 12/24/25 at 2:30 PM.
As always, I received great service at Firestone! Bob was helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. I felt confident in the work being done and will definitely return while in PA.

Had them install two new rear tires for my Honda Accord. Quoted a great price and the install time was reasonable at about 90 minutes. Kayleigh is great to work with in terms of the service agents. Good shop!
Had an appointment for 10 am for an oil change and tire rotation and they weren’t finished with the car until close to 12:45pm. No updates during that time. Thankfully I brought my work with me
Came in for an inspection this afternoon and was in and out with no issue. The recommended work was reasonable, and would have had done if I had the time. Joey and Bob took good care of us. Will be back!
They are worth their weight in gold. Professional and all around great people. The service is quick and reliable. They do not price gouge. Honest work for honest pay.
This was my first visit with my 2020 Honda Pilot to this Firestone location in East York, Pennsylvania. I was here for a new set of Firestone tires. They were very friendly and fast and efficient with my vehicle, and were very upfront and honest with what my car needed for service. They respected my time and also had very reasonable prices for their services. I am likely to return for continued service on my vehicle to save money from the Honda dealership.
I have left my purse with all my important belongings in there at Firestone unknowingly and Bob (an amazing employee) called me up and told me to get down there before they closed so I can get my purse. If Firestone is reading this, he needs a raise and recognition!
They took care of the work faster than I expected and for a lower price than the original quote. Also, they were honest about the cabin filter condition, saying that it didn't need to be replaced yet. The dealership had told me it did need to be replaced.
Robert C was the gentleman that assisted me. He was extremely professional and very personal and helped me out immensely with options that were available to me. I would highly recommend his services and look forward to continuing to come back here.

Mr. Bob was very professional, honest, and easy to work with. I came in for a tire installation recommended by Tire Rack, and while I was there, I also had my yearly state inspection, emissions and wheel alignment done. I was concerned about my brakes and unsure if they had been replaced last year at a different shop. Mr. Bob gave me a straightforward and honest recommendation, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back again!
I had the best experience with this Firestone location! I’ve been going through the process of buying a used car and came in to get the car checked out before I finalized my purchase. John and the team were so nice and helpful. The first car I brought in was a dud, and I’m SO grateful that they were so thorough and honest and helped me avoid purchasing a lemon. The second car passed with flying colors and I feel so much better about my purchase now that it’s been checked out. I’ll definitely be back when I need work done, thank you so much!!!
Customer service was beyond what I expected and they helped me with all my silly questions. Also whom ever left the thank note on my dashboard you honest to goodness made my week with that gesture. Much appreciated.
