I cannot say enough good things about Heatons Towing. My battery died and I needed a jump during the morning rush hour. I saw a Heaton truck and asked the driver (the owner of the company) if he had cables and the time to help me out. He realized he didn’t have his cables but didn’t hesitate to call and have one of his guys bring a jumper pack. The Heaton team got me back on the road quickly and efficiently. This is a group of good people. They didn’t ask for money, they were just kind and willing to help someone in need. Huge thanks!
Heatons has been there to help me out twice now when car has needed towed. They always give excellent customer service and day or night, they have gotten there in a very reasonable amount of time. Price has been more than fair as well. If you need a tow, please give Heatons a call!

Something flew off a tractor trailer on I-83 and punctured the sidewall of my tire. I was in a very dangerous spot and afraid to change it myself.
The guys from Heaton’s Towing showed up within 20 minutes and went above and beyond by blocking traffic and quickly changing my tire so I could get safely back on the road.
They were fast, professional, and truly cared about our safety. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend them!
Had to be towed at 5am. Fast arrival and friendly service. They investigated and diagnosed the root cause of my vehicle issue, and got me back on the road in a day. Completed the repair at a great price. Will be coming back for future maintenance!

First time we used Heatons Towing LLC and were very pleased with the attention and service provided!! The auction did not help with loading assistance and we were advised to hire someone from outside. We called several different companies and did not get the proper support to be quite honest. When we contacted Heatons we were provided immediate attention and the rate was reasonable. There was extra work required and Heatons made it happen!!! If you are searching for a professional and hard worker look no further!!
So reliable, kind, professional, and got the job done!!!! Came to the rescue at 2:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning after AAA and insurance roadside assistance no showed and got the run around for 3 hours!!! Extremely happy with them!!
This company deserve a higher rating than a 5 like a 10 or more. They were an angel sent from heaven. The trans went in my yukon, I had my grandson with me. Called Heaton's towing he was there quickly hooked up and on the way. Made accommodation for my grandson and my self the ride back to peach bottom. He was the nicest driver I have every worked with. I got a flat tire and the owner was so kind to pull over and help me. He made sure I was safely inside the gas station and checked out what was wrong with my tire and then offered to give me a tow for free. It was such a blessing and I’m happy God sent me this angel! He was also able to get my car up on the truck safely. quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Had a phenomenal experience today with Heaton's Towing LLC in York County. I blew a tire at 2am on 222-S, USAA wasn't able to find me a ride until 9am. I called JR towing and they passed me onto Heaton's. He made the 45 minute drive out to me, towed my car to my wife's house and even gave me a ride. He was extremely respectful, incredibly nice, and just an overall great dude. We had some awesome conversations on that 45 minute drive, and the pricing was incomparable to anywhere else for a 3am tow call. I owe the utmost thanks to this guy, and highly. recommend him to anyone who needs a quick, emergency tow/tire change for an amazing price!
This not our first time calling Heatons towing. We recently had an axle go out with our dog in the car! They made sure we were okay amd got us to our destination in an uncanny time!.Everytime has been extremely respectful and punctual timing. Very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you guys for always being there!!! Even when its freezing and windy!!!

My lower balljoint failed while driving, leaving my car sitting literally on the ground in a intersection. I called Heatons tow service and they were very prompt on arriving at the time they said they would. They were both friendly and professional, getting my car on the roll back and back to my house without causing any further damage to my already damaged vehicle. Taylor has towed quite a few vehicles for my work. Him and his company are wonderful to work with. Their pricing is great and availability is always top notch. Highly recommend, definitely best in the area.
