I was treated very well. I received excellent customer service from Jose. They told me everything they needed to and explained everything to me so that I wasn’t blindsided. Explained how the financing worked and then proceeded to explain the cars in my price range. When I picked up my car all the paperwork was explained in detail so that I understood what I was signing. I will return and recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Ben, the owner, was truly the highlight of my day. He and his mechanic were both very friendly, Easy to talk to, and transparent. I bought tires and had them installed. Ben was very forthcoming, and explained everything as well as options. It was a nice to be talked to like a person and not just a sale. I'm already planning my next two vehicle appointments to be scheduled there.What a nice surprise.

Ben got us into a 2016 with a lower payment then what I walked in expecting. Took care of the inspection for the next year, and filled her with gas. Very pleased to have worked with him and will definitely go back for servicing!

Ben was great. He went above and beyond to take care of us. He's very honest and has a great selection of cars. The whole process was easy and very stress free. Even after we bought the car, Ben called me back to schedule an oil change and also gave us a brand new set of floor mats. He did everything he could to make sure we were happy. Mike and Ben are awesome guys, they really work hard to back up their claim of helping to get people into a vehicle! I had a messy credit situation to say the least and they were able to work with a lender on my behalf and get me into a car I love at a price I can afford. I went into their office in the am and walked out holding keys to my car in the afternoon. They went above and beyond for me. Mike had a family emergency so Ben came to the lot and finished up the loan process for me. They are both super friendly and honest guys, they keep you involved and updated in the car buying process from start to end. They even went so far as to make sure the gas tank was full and although he was busy with other things and didn't have time to have my car washed, at the end of the deal Ben handed me cash to run my car through a car wash! As me an my wife visited couple dealerships an was met with the same old story denied. We came across Better Dealz Auto Sales & Finance. We call and spoke to Mike as we apply online first an it was easy to do. Mike walk us thru what was needed an we met up at his dealership. Down to earth very professional an explaining everything for us to understand. I gotta say he know how it should be done in all dealership an they need to learn from Mike point of view. He gotta the financial and into the SUV the same day. I was shock how easy he did the process an made us understand everything about our loan an Gap insurance as well as the 2 yr or 24,000 insurance which ever come first. Me and my wife were stressing as we were down 2 car one of them barley driving as it kept dying on us an we have a daughter with leukemia cancer an was panicking how I was going to be able to take her to her appointment. But Mike made everything go alway in one day with his knowledge an professionalism of getting us into a car an a loan. I can't thank him enough on what he did an I don't know if he knows what he has done for my family in our time of need.
