The guy was kinda a jerk. 1st time there. He couldn't just give simple instructions. Says step outside the door. I do.. then come back in.. go across the scale and I'll give you instructions.. couldn't hear a word he said. I know I don't have a whole lot of scrap but 1000lbs or so.. id much rather take anywhere else. I left with my metal and don't plan on going back. Much more friendly at sims
You have to unload your self and out it on the weight machine. Also took in #2.copper and was told it would be 3.15 a lb took 200 lbs and only got 150 dollars i asked the guy and he said it was low copper so .85 cents a lb very uoset.
If you can find another place to go. I go there periodically and it's hit or miss. Many of my trips are longer than they should be because they just don't seem to care about getting me offloaded in a timely fashion. Whatever makes their job easier is what goes.
They had a sit in the parking lot for 1 hour to unload a little small trailer of aluminum wow some guy on a forklift that had no clue how to drive it it was hilarious
