Jamie is amazing. Well aware of the store, proving details on every item I questioned. She took the time to show be products of all price ranges. She has a since of joy and compassion that made me go in for couple of things feel like an experience. A true home town hero.
Terrible place to go shopping when you do not even get a hello when you walk inside the door and the kid is playing games on a piece of paper while chewing gum!

Watch this place they will always offer you the highest price item possible. When confronted they will say it isn’t in stock when you can see on the screen it is and walking back it is in the shelf.
If I could leave zero stars I would, had to go in to return the oil filter that I ordered cause they gave me the wrong one, pulled the order up on my phone showed them guy looks it up by my phone number can't find it even though I am showing it to him, manager came over got extremely ignorant and I had to pay for a new filter even though this was there mistake, so I paid for a filter twice and the manager proceeded to tell me this was my fault and cursed at me in front of my 4 year old daughter.
Came to this location to return a set of brakes for the correct model, (gave me the wrong ones the first time) and the two men behind the counter were talking down to me and helpless to get me the right parts. Were too lazy to look into the purchase history from the day I bought them and were unable to get me the right brake pads, despite me being in the middle of a brake change. When I buy anything I put my phone number on the purchase, but I suppose the person who checked me out didn’t put my phone number on the purchase from 10/05 (manager Jamie), and this threw these guys for a loop and they were unable to get me the right parts despite having brand new brakes in the box with the store barcode and part code on it. Save your time, go to Napa.
I came here a few times and have had great experiences. The people are usually great. They will also help you install anything to your car, if needed. The last time I came here, I was looking to get new windshield wiper blades. I was helped by Kevin, who recommended a certain brand I get. He also helped install the wiper blades to my car and was polite and patient, despite the blades being tough to install at first. Thank you Kevin! I recommend this location to anyone needing things or help for their car.
There are still Anazing People in this world and they are at Advanced Auto Parts, Chris & Jamie. My tech Chris went above and beyond, true angel. He used his expertise to get me out of a jam with my battery. He could have walked away but he chose to be a hero and didn't leave me stranded, that's a good man with a good heart. My father usually takes care of my car, first time I had to do it since his passing, so glad God sent me to Advanced Auto where angels were waiting to install my battery and not take advantage of a desperate crying daughter who was needing her dad. Highly recommend this place. Bless them with your service and send them some smiles. Highly recommend

When I needed a alternator I call my first choice to go for parts. This local Advance Auto Part has such a awesome grew member that is why I go there. Josh took my call as I had questions on the online sale they were having an saw alternator but it was online order only an you couldn't beat the price. Let just say Josh heard my issue as I didn't want to spend the next hrs hunting for one. He made sure he can help. He saw he can get one at a great price from another Advance an could have it delivered there same day. I couldn't thank Josh how professional an knowledgeable he is doing his job so I didn't have to stress looking every part store thru out. Josh thank again I put the part in today an couldn't be more thrill to hear my BMW running again. The heavy set man with a beard, he said his name was either “Baron” or “Aaron”, was so rude. He acted as though us asking him a question was such an inconvenience. We only needed a brake light bulb. But asking him to look up which bulb we needed was like pulling teeth. We will not be back to this store because of how rude he was to our family.
The person who “helped” me was very rude. I believe he said his name was Baron. I’ve been to this store a few times and everyone else had been great but he was far from it. He was a jerk to the other customer who asked him a question as well. I’m not sure how he has a job when he treats customers this way.
Been here quite a few times in the past few months for different things. Every employee I've had has been really helpful and asked if I would like to have things done for me (instead of just assuming I need help), which is really appreciated. Did have one guy laughing at how small my oil filter was but another employee told him to stop haha.
I bought a car battery and had it installed. Max was very knowledgeable and courteous - definitely the guy who knows what he's doing when it comes to battery installation (my car is a bit of a challenge in that regard). Also, he asked me how my car is equipped so he could recommend the right battery, and didn't try to automatically sell me the most expensive one. I'll be back when I need anything for my car, and definitely next time I need a battery.
Staff seems to be a little more knowledgeable than the normal advance auto. Service is a little slow sometimes, but they are usually able to help me out with whatever I need or suggest where to look if they can't.
Staff is always extremely helpful and caring. I have been stuck in a position where I was broke down several times and brought my concerns here.
Staff is well educated and knowledgeable. They have no problem getting right to work explaining/diagnosing the problem and recommending me the best part/mechanic around. They are extremely patient and caring.
They are within a 25 mile radius of many mechanics, and I've never had issues with any parts I've purchased here and had put in. The online to in store pickup is easy and simple, and I'm able to get what I need quickly and get my car back on the road.
I would 100% recommend taking any issues to them and purchasing parts here. Always check with your mechanic takes outside parts, and bring your list of them here for great service and prices.
They always make you wait. Either no one is around or yesterday's example is the sales person talking to clearly an old lady, talking about an event that was going to take place at the end of March, yesterday was February 4. I was less than 4ft from the counter where the guy was talking. I waited as the sales looked away to continue his conversation.
I got what I needed off a display rack, but I needed to wait to pay for this $5 item way longer than I should have... Otherwise I love this place
Great store and great service! I’ve always been a fan of advanced auto and am very happy they built this location! I’ve been to other advanced auto places and had an issue and the employees came outside to my vehicle and tried to fix my car at the most reasonable price and this place is no different! I thank josh the store manager for all his help and getting me the correct part as well as solving another issue I had. Highly recommended this store for the great service and all the help they can offer! I’ll definitely be coming back for any automotive needs. Staff is friendly and helpful with getting the parts you need. Easy to find tools, accessories, and etc in the store. Bought wrong oil filter wrench and exchange took less than 5 minutes.
The staff there knows their business! The only place I'd go around here for my auto parts and accessories. Great prices and exceptional parts availability on most makes of cars.
Great customer service. Had a battery under warranty and needed a replacement. The associate took care of everything for the exchange and I was on my way. It was one of the simplest transactions I've ever had.
Generally the stores are easy to navigate and find what you need. Customer service on the other hand generally leaves a little to be desired. In my latest experience the manager was on a personal call while I'm standing In front if him with money in my hand, basically ignoring me until another associate came out of the back by sheer luck and rang me out.
What a perfect example of incompetence! Apparently its too difficult to type the make model and year of a car into the computer to locate the correct lightbulb. Thenthey gave no receipt so exchanging was a 20 minute process. They get the second star simply because they gave me a pair of gloves so as to not get grease from my fingers on the bulbs.
They just recently opened this and the staff is fantastic Jason the store manager is absolutely fantastic super helpful and very knowledgeable Steve the commercial guy is hysterically funny and very knowledgeable these guys make going to the auto parts store easy and enjoyable thanks again guys
I went last night to Advance Auto parts for a headlight. The person who helped me (Tyler) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and correct parts I needed. I recommend anyone go to this store in particular!
